1. An electronic cash register device comprising a control panel, a display, a controller, a first fiscal memory unit and a first cryptographic key, characterized in that a second fiscal memory unit, a second and third cryptographic keys are additionally inserted into it, the first output of the controller being turned on the display input, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth outputs of the controller are connected respectively to the first inputs of the first and second blocks of fiscal memory, the first, second and third cryptographic keys, in the controller’s move is connected to the first output of the control panel, the second, third and fourth outputs of which are connected respectively to the second inputs of the first, second and third cryptographic keys, the fifth output of the control panel is connected to the second input of the second block of fiscal memory, the third input of which is connected to the output of the first cryptographic key, and the outputs of the second and third cryptographic keys are respectively connected to the second and third inputs of the first block of fiscal memory. 2. Description

Electronic cash register

The technical solution relates to devices for registering the receipt of money, namely, to electronic cash registers performing non-correctable registration of cash receipts of the seller and intended to control the correct calculation of taxes.

A fiscal device is known according to PCT application No. 99/66465, comprising a controller, a microprocessor, a fiscal memory unit and a cryptographic key, the code owner of which has the ability to view information recorded in the fiscal memory unit. An electronic cash register device is also known by the application EP. No. 0400653, which includes a control panel, a processor, memory units, a display, a cryptographic code identification unit, knowing which the user is able to view the contents of the fiscal memory unit on the display screen. These devices have limited functionality. The closest in technical essence to the claimed is an electronic cash register device specified in RF patent No. 2106015. It contains a control panel, a fiscal memory unit, a controller. In addition, the device is equipped with a cryptographic key, the code of which is owned by the tax inspector. At the end of the working day, the tax inspector transfers the revenue data accumulated in the device’s fiscal memory unit to the data processing unit, which also receives information about revenue from other electronic cash registers installed at this trading company. In the data processing unit, total revenue, tax amount are calculated and a database is generated for each electronic cash register device controlled by the tax inspector using a display. Upon completion of the transfer of information from each fiscal memory block to the data processing unit, the tax inspector, using his code as a signal through a cryptographic key, resets the fiscal memory block, preparing it for work on the next work shift.

The disadvantage of this device is the complexity of its operation, associated with the need to participate in the preparation for each next working day of the tax inspector, who at the end of the shift should reset the fiscal memory block.

The claimed device (Fig.) Contains a controller 22, the input of which is connected to the first output of the control panel 32. The inputs of displays 42 and 43 are connected in parallel to the first output of controller 22. Display 43 is an indicator for the seller, and display 42 is the information panel of the buyer. The display 42 is remote and more powerful, therefore it is powered from the electric current network through the network adapter 72. The remaining components of the electronic cash register device are powered by the autonomous power supply with which it is provided. The second and third outputs of the controller 22 are included, respectively, at the first inputs of the first block 52 of fiscal memory and the second block 53 of fiscal memory. The fourth, fifth and sixth outputs of the controller 22 are connected respectively to the first inputs of the first, second and third cryptographic keys 62, 63 and 64. The second inputs of the first, second and third cryptographic keys 62, 63 and 64 are connected respectively to the second, third and fourth outputs of the console control 32, 5 whose output is connected to the second input of the second fiscal memory unit 53, the third input of which includes the output of the first cryptographic key 62. The cryptographic key of the device, for example 63, can be made in the form of an electronic-mechanical unit, containing a key switch for the communication channel of the control panel 32 with the input of the first fiscal memory unit 52 and a wearable part, a mechanical key with barbs that are encrypted with a tax code inspector.

The pilot operation of the proposed device showed the convenience and ease of use, as a multi-level system of information storage and access to it allows the seller and the tax inspector to carry out their functions independently of each other.

An electronic cash register device comprising a control panel, a display, a controller, a first fiscal memory unit and a first cryptographic key, characterized in that a second fiscal memory unit, a second and third cryptographic keys are additionally inserted into it, the first output of the controller being turned on the display input, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth outputs of the controller are connected respectively to the first inputs of the first and second blocks of fiscal memory, the first, second and third cryptographic keys, in the controller’s move is connected to the first output of the control panel, the second, third and fourth outputs of which are connected respectively to the second inputs of the first, second and third cryptographic keys, the fifth output of the control panel is connected to the second input of the second block of fiscal memory, the third input of which is connected to the output of the first cryptographic key, and the outputs of the second and third cryptographic keys are respectively connected to the second and third inputs of the first block of fiscal memory.  2.
