Abstract

Предлагаемая полезная модель относится к кистям, используемым в художественных работах с миниатюрой при прорисовке тонких линий и элементов, а также для ногтевого дизайна и творчества.Техническим результатом предлагаемой полезной модели является обеспечение удобной работы с миниатюрой и прорисовки тонких линий.Кисть для миниатюрных работ жидкими красками, содержащая ручку 1 из лиственных или хвойных пород древесины, металлическую обойму 2 с обжатым в ней красконаносящим элементом 3, жестко закрепленную в глухом отверстии 4, выполненном с одного из торцов ручки 1. Волосы в красконаносящем элементе 3 выполнены конически заостренными. Удерживающая красконаносящий элемент 3 часть обоймы 2 выполнена в виде усеченного конуса, при этом противоположный конец обоймы 2 закреплен в глухом отверстии 4. Внутренний диаметр меньшего основания обоймы 2 лежит в пределах от 0,1 до 3,0 мм. Обойма 2 вынесена из глухого отверстия 4 на длину от 0,0 до 25 мм. Оси симметрии ручки 1 и глухого отверстия 4 могут быть выполнены или совпадающими, или несовпадающими (на чертеже варианты не показаны). Обойма 2 может быть выполнена или дугообразной, или изогнутой (на чертеже варианты не показаны). Каждая кисть с учетом волоса, формы, размера и длины ручки имеет свое назначение. Для достижения хорошего результата необходима обойма (или иначе гильза или капсуль) имеющий фиксированные размеры и особенно качественно выполненного отверстия из которого выступают волосики мазка. Именно качественно выполненное отверстие в более плотном материале, чем ручка позволяет получать одинаковый размер (диаметр или ширину) мазка. Край обоймы формирует четкий край места выхода волосяного пучка и получаются фиксированные размеры. Важным фактором является толщина стенки обоймы, удерживающей восяной пучок. Очень толстая стенка края обоймы усложнит процесс очищения волосяного пучка от остатков краски возле обоймы. Если его очищать смывая краску движениями перпендикулярными к волосикам кисти, волос будет загибаться и заламываться, а мазок портится (особенно на маленьких диаметрах кистей). Необходимо убирать остатки краски движениями вдоль волосяного пучка. Если обойма или то в чем волос фиксируется не будет иметь тонкостенной обоймы возле начала волосяного пучка убирать засыхающие излишки краски будет очень сложно. Необходимость обоймы, имеющей конической участок, для кистей для миниатюры обусловлено и другими факторами. Край формирующий волосяной пучок не должен иметь поднутрений (поднутрением называют зазор между волосом и обоймой в месте выхода волоса из обоймы). В поднутрение будет попадать краска. Остатки попавшей в поднутрение краски трудно вымыть. Краска будет окислять не имеющую специального покрытия внутреннюю часть обоймы. Остатки не вымытой с прошлого использования краски будут добавлять ненужные цвета. Остатками старой окислившейся от долгого хранения от обоймы краска будет давать не вымываемый ржавый оттенок во вновь набраную художником краску. Поднутрение позволит волосу иметь свободный ход (болтаться в большом диаметре) внутри обоймы. Свободный ход позволит волосикам тереться о край обоймы. Волосики будут перетираться и обламываться. В основу создания предлагаемой кисти для миниатюрных работ жидкими красками, используемой в художественных работах, а также для рисования и творчества при работе с миниатюрой и прорисовке тонких линий, легло то, что, чем тоньше красконаносящий элемент, тем тоньше и обойма, а соответственно и ручка. Тонкую ручка не удобно держать. Кроме этого, при работе с миниатюрой и прорисовке тонких линий оказывается необходимым держать пальчиками руки кисть как можно ближе к красконаносящему элементу. Держать кисть за обойму неудобно: она тонкая, она имеет конусную конструкцию, отчего пальцы скользят к мазку. Предлагаемая кисть лишена указанных недостатков: ручка может быть выполнена достаточно большого диаметра - 4-10 мм.
