Полезная модель относится к области строительных материалов, в частности к аквилонам, предназначенным для защиты мест соединения фасадных панелей от атмосферных осадков, придания подвесному фасаду завершенного эстетичного вида. Аквилон представляет собой гнутый металлический лист, образованный П-образной планкой, совмещенной с V-образной планкой, расположенной внутри П-образной планки, и внешняя стенка которой имеет загиб наружу, а кромки аквилона имеют полусферический загиб вовнутрь.
