Abstract

Полезная модель относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к оборудованию для выгрузки солода из солодорастительного ящика. Техническим результатом, на достижение которого направлена полезная модель, является упрощение конструкции устройства для выгрузки солода и трудоемкости его изготовления за счет выполнения разгрузочного щита в виде единой детали, исключения механизмов поворота пластин, образующих щит, и уменьшения количества стержней. Заявляемый технический результат достигается тем, что устройство для выгрузки солода из солодорастительного ящика содержит раму, установленную на роликах с возможностью перемещения по рельсам на торцах боковых стенок солодорастительного ящика, и разгрузочный щит, связанный с рамой с помощью стержней. Новым в полезной модели является то, что разгрузочный щит выполнен в виде единой детали - плоского прямоугольного ножа, имеющего ширину, равную ширине гряды солода, при этом щит имеет возможность установки в вертикальном и наклонном положениях, а рама - возможность подъема и опускания.The utility model relates to the food industry, and in particular to equipment for unloading malt from a malt box.
