According to this utility model, a terminal for connecting subscribers to cellular communication in a self-service mode, that is, without the participation of a seller of a communication department (salon), is considered. This terminal contains technical nodes (units) located in a single building, and using the terminal, the user implements the following algorithm of actions when connected to a mobile operator and to obtain the required set of documents to the phone.
