Abstract

(57) Разработанное устройство относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно, к устройствам для коктейлей, используемых в ресторанах, кафе и барах. Дополнительно к прототипу устройство содержит смеситель (13), корпус которого, выполненный в виде вытянутого сфероида из эластичного материала, например, пищевой резины, и разъемно соединен с конусным основанием (14). Кратковременная горизонтальная деформация смесителя (13) потребителем коктейля за счет сжатия и растяжения его корпуса обеспечивает интенсивное перемешивание композитов коктейля в нем. Внизу конусного основания (14) смесителя (13) выполнено сквозное отверстие (16), в котором установлен обратный клапан в виде шарика (17), над которым расположена ограничительная горизонтальная сетка (18). В верхней части устройства дополнительно установлен коллектор (10) с патрубками (11), в которые вставлены основная (1) и дополнительная трубки (2) с обратными клапанами (4).
