Abstract
FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the cultivation of birds. The purpose of the invention is to increase the gain in live weight and increase the safety of birds. In the experimental groups, vilosen was administered by aerosol from the first days of life for 2-4 days at a dose of 0.005-0.1 mg / kg body weight, as well as additionally in the same dose before vaccination or simultaneously with it. As a result of the experiments, it was found that from the day of planting, the average daily gain in the experimental groups is on average 1.8 g more than in the control. Safety increased by 4.5%. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the cultivation of birds.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the gain in live weight and increase the safety of birds.
Example. Six groups of chickens were selected, 22 heads each; in the 1st group, do not administer vilosen, but vitamins and antibiotics were administered; it served as a control. In the remaining experimental groups (2-6), Vilozene was administered by aerosol at a dose of 0.005; 0.01; 0.1; 0.2 t 0.004 mg / kg from the first days of life in different doses for two, three and four days, as well as additionally in the same dose before vaccination against colibacteriosis or simultaneously with it. In one group (5), no colibacterioa vaccine was administered.
The results of the experiments are shown in the table.
As a result of the experiments, it was found that from the day of landing (for 50 days) the average daily
прирост в опытных группах составил в среднем 26 г, что на 1,8 г больше, чем в контрольной группе, а масса одного бройлера в 50-дневном возрасте на 50-100 г больше,the growth in the experimental groups averaged 26 g, which is 1.8 g more than in the control group, and the weight of one broiler at 50 days of age is 50-100 g more,
During this time, an average of 11% of chickens fell in the experimental groups, while in the control group the mortality rate was 15.5% of the initial number. The table shows that the increase in dose
1989.vylosena above 0.1 mg / kg live weight (group 5) does not increase safety, as well as the average daily gain, but with a decrease in the dose of vizolene below 0.005 mg / kg live weight (group 6), there is a tendency to decrease as an gain chickens, and their safety.
