Автором предлагаемой полезной модели был изучен массив патентов на изобретения и полезные модели Российской Федерации, относящиеся к многофункциональным и трансформируемым предметам одежды и были обнаружены следующие аналоги.The author of the proposed utility model has studied an array of patents for inventions and utility models of the Russian Federation related to multifunctional and transformable garments and the following analogues have been discovered.

Известен трансформируемый предмет одежды по патенту РФ на изобретение №2422060 («Многофункциональный предмет одежды», МПК A41D 15/00, приоритет 16.06.2010). Известное изобретение представляет собой трикотажный шарф, состоящий из двух соединенных между собой одинаковых частей и частей застежек-«молний», расположенных по длинным сторонам, а части шарфа состоят из двух участков - прямоугольного и трапециевидного, причем части шарфа разъемно соединены между собой при помощи двух шнуров по большим основаниям трапеций, а части застежек-«молний» расположены по большим сторонам прямоугольников и боковым сторонам трапеций и застегиваются в сторону больших оснований трапеций. Данная конструкция обладает расширенными функциональными возможностями, однако за счет застежек-«молний» и соединяющих концы шарфа шнуров она имеет увеличенный вес и сложна в изготовлении. С эстетической точки зрения, при использовании в качестве шарфа, не дает возможности получения красивой драпировки, так как наличие шнуров и застежек-«молний» заставляет шарф топорщиться. Известен трансформируемый предмет одежды по патенту РФ на изобретение №2181978 (МПК-7 A41D 15/00, A41D 23/00, приоритет 05.03.2001). Известное изобретение представляет собой шарф, который состоит из неразъемно соединенных между собой верхней и нижней частей и частей разъемных застежек-«молний», втачанных между ними, каждая от конца шарфа к середине не менее чем на 1/3 от общей длины шарфа. При соединении продольных сторон между собой соответствующими частями разъемных застежек-«молний» образуется жакет-болеро, что позволяет расширить функциональные возможности предмета одежды за счет использования принципов трансформации и увеличить ее ассортимент. По сравнению с первым аналогом данная конструкция имеет меньше вариантов трансформации, зато может быть изготовлена из любых тканей, а не только трикотажных. Заявляемый трансформируемый предмет одежды содержит шарф 1, выполненный в форме прямоугольной полосы ткани с неразъемно соединенными концами посредством сшивания для натуральных тканей, а при выборе синтетических тканей концы могут быть соединены посредством термической пайки с образованием в обоих изделиях неразъемного стыка 2. До соединения концов на шарф 1 надевается твердое кольцо 3 (далее кольцо 3), которое может быть выполнено из пластмассы, натурального камня, металла, даже драгоценного, и других пригодных для подобных целей материалов. Главное, чтобы кольцо 3 свободно скользило по шарфу 1, а тот, в свою очередь, свободно продергивался через кольцо 3, не цепляясь.
