Known disclosed in patent document RU 144107 U1, publ. 08/10/2014, profile for mounting and tensioning advertising or information banners. The profile is made in the form of an elongated part and is intended for fastening the front surfaces of advertising structures. This profile is designed for attaching banners and cannot be used for attaching denser front surfaces, such as plastic sheets, etc.

From patent document RU 36423 U1, publ. 03/10/2004, the framing shaped profile for the manufacture of light boxes is known, made in the form of an elongated monolithic part, inside of which there is a blind figured groove.

As the closest analogue of the utility model selected is known from RU 36425 U1, publ. 03/10/2004, bearing a shaped profile for the manufacture of light boxes, made in the form of an elongated part having a blind groove in front of the frontal plane.

When installing the front panels of the box, there are cases when it is more convenient to fix the panel either from the front or from the side surface of the box. Known solutions do not provide such an opportunity.

Thus, it is necessary to create a profile that provides the ability to attach the front material of the box in different ways.

The technical result to which the claimed utility model is directed is to increase the convenience of attaching the front material of the box to the profile due to the variability of its fastening, i.e. front material can be attached both from the front and from the front side of the profile.

Achieving the desired result is ensured by the fact that the self-supporting profile for the production of advertising and informational boxes looks like an elongated monolithic part, inside of which a blind shaped groove is made in front of the frontal plane, and a shelf oriented along its length passes through the groove from the side adjacent to the frontal plane, and outside the front the plane made a tide, providing the ability to overlap the end face of the front material of the box.

In the manufacture of two-sided advertising and information boxes, front panels are attached to the profile from two opposite sides. For this, special cases of the profile include mounting the front material on two opposite sides. In this case, both opposite sides are frontal.

As the material for the manufacture of the profile, an aluminum alloy is used.

If necessary, the profile can be given a rounded shape by rolling along the radius.

Connection sections of the profile can be done by welding or by screw connections.

The surface of the profile may have a protective coating applied by anodizing or by painting using soil.

In the manufacture of advertising and information boxes using the claimed profile, semicircular corners are rolled into a given radius, rolled blanks are cut into a given box size, anodized or painted in the desired color and the box is mechanically assembled. After the box is assembled, the front panels are installed so that the back of the front panel is adjacent to the frontal plane of the profile, the end of the front panel is overlapped by the tide located on the frontal plane. This overlap protects the end face of the facial material from external influences, and also provides convenience when fixing the front panel, preventing the displacement of the installed, but not yet fixed panel.

In the simplest version for the manufacture of one-sided ducts, the profile has one frontal surface to which the front material of the duct is adjacent.

For double-sided ducts, the profile is made in the form of a monolithic part, consisting of direct and mirror-shaped profiles connected along the symmetry axis by their rear sides. Thus, a monolithic profile is formed with two opposite surfaces for the fit of the front material of the box.

Fixing the front surfaces of the box can be made either from the front or from the front side of the profile.

When fastening from the front side, a rivet with an internal thread is installed in the profile shelf located in the groove, after which the front surface is attached to it by means of a screw passed through it.

When attaching from the end, a metal corner is fixed on the back of the front surface. The front surface with the corner is installed in the box body in such a way that the corner shoulder spaced from the front surface is facing the bottom surface of the profile. After installation, the corner is connected to the profile by a screw connection.

Using the proposed profile will increase the production efficiency of advertising and information structures due to the convenience of attaching the front surface of the box to the profile.

Self-supporting profile for the production of advertising and informational boxes, having the form of an elongated monolithic part, inside of which a blind shaped groove is made in front of the frontal plane, characterized in that a shelf oriented along its length passes inside the said groove from the side adjacent to the frontal plane, and outside the front the plane made a tide, providing the ability to overlap the end face of the front material of the box. 2. The profile according to p. 1, characterized in that it is made with the possibility of attaching the front material of the box on two opposite sides. 3.
