Packaging for storing and displaying piece goods

The utility model relates to packaging boxes made mainly of cardboard, which can be used in particular for packaging and storage of confectionery in individual packaging, as well as other food and non-food products in individual packaging or without individual packaging, as well as a display case for product demonstrations to consumers.

The packaging proposed in this utility model is mainly used for storage, transportation and demonstration of biscuit confectionery products, therefore it should have sufficient rigidity, protect the packaged product from crushing, damage and environmental factors, as well as allow it to become familiar with the packaged product and attract attention consumers.

Known packaging for disposable electronic cigarettes (RU 116127, IPC B65D 5/36, published on 05/20/2012), made of flat cardboard sheet blanks. The packaging is a flattened box in the shape of a box with a hinged lid. The cover is made with a line of weakened section (an inflection line) along the long side, which divides the cover into two parts, one of which is equipped with a valve.

A disadvantage of the known packaging is its low stiffness: when packaging with a higher wall height, the rigidity (strength) of the structure decreases sharply, the packaging does not allow it to store and transport easily crumpled biscuit products. In addition, the design of the package does not allow to remove products from it with the lid closed.

As the closest analogue (prototype) accepted packaging for confectionery products (RU 62591, IPC B65D85 / 36, publ. 04/27/2007), which is a box with a lid. The cover is made hinged with a valve, a figured hole is made in the upper part of the hinged cover, and bend lines are additionally drawn from the ends of the figured hole to the edges of the hinged cover to bend it in a vertical position. Figured hole can be made horseshoe-shaped or stapled or semicircular.

The presence of a figured hole on the top of the hinged lid reduces the stiffness of the lid in the closed position, and, accordingly, the strength of the package. So the confectionery placed in the packaging can be wrinkled in the area of the figured hole during transportation or storage.

When the packages are stacked in tiers on top of each other, the upper packages put pressure on the downstream packages, which causes mutual friction and adhesion of the packages when they move in the place of the figured hole. As a result, the mutual friction of the packages leads to abrasion and rupture of the package material in the region of the figured hole.

In addition, as with the analogue, the design (form) of the package does not allow to remove the product from it with the lid closed.

The problem to which the present utility model is directed is to expand the functionality of the package by making it possible to extract the product from it with the lid closed, while preserving the structural strength of the package.

The solution to this problem in a package for storing and demonstrating piece goods, which is a parallelepiped with a hinged lid, in which a figured die-cut is made and inflection lines are drawn from the ends of the figured die-cutting to the edges of the hinged cover, is achieved by the fact that the figured die-cut is a figured slot, while at least one vertical side of the package has a perforation forming a closed loop.

Removing the part of the package, limited by perforation, forms a through hole through which it is possible to extract the packaged product without the necessary, as in the prototype and analogue, opening the lid. This is especially true in cases where the packages are placed in tiers on top of each other, and it is necessary to remove the packaged product from the package located in the lower tier.

The execution in the lid of a curly slot instead of the curly hole proposed in the prototype provides rigidity and uniformity of the material of the lid with the packaging closed, eliminates the possibility of crushing the packaged products, in particular confectionery biscuit products, in the place of the curly slot. In addition, there is no likelihood of the packages engaging with each other during their storage in tiers and their possible damage in the area of the figured slot. Thus, the strength of the packaging design is ensured.

The presence of a curly slot, which forms a protruding arch when the lid is bent, gives the design originality and attractiveness, and also provides the ability to change the angle of inclination of the lid while holding the protruding part of the lid (arch) with your fingers, which expands the viewing angle of consumers on it.

Thus, the package has improved performance while maintaining strength and rigidity due to the possibility of converting it into a display case or show box with the function of demonstrating the product packaged in it and the possibility of removing this product with the lid closed.

This useful model is illustrated by a specific example, which is not the only possible embodiment, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the above set of features of the specified technical result.

The inventive packaging is designed for placement, storage and transportation of biscuit confectionery in individual packaging and has the function of converting it into a display case (show box) in order to demonstrate the products packaged in it and attract the attention of consumers.

The inventive packaging is made in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped formed by cutting a single sweep from a thick sheet of cardboard with inflection lines forming planes corresponding to the front, back, top (front), lower and side sides of the package (Fig. 3).

The package is made horizontally oriented with the hinged lid 1. The lid 1 is made with a valve 2 along the short side, folded inside the package.

In the central part of the lid 1 along its transverse axis of symmetry, a curly slot 3 is made. The curly slot 3 is an ellipsoid arch facing the back side of the package. From the lower edges of the slot 3 and to the sides of the lid 1, bend lines 4 are made parallel to the rear side of the package. The inflection lines 4 provide the folding of the lid 1 with the formation of an arched protrusion.

The ends of the left and right side walls of the package are made with valves, folding in the package.

On the front side of the package, a contoured contour (perforation) 5 is embossed with notches, close to the shape of a horizontally oriented rectangle with rounded corners. Figured contour 5 forms a closed plane, the upper boundary of which coincides with the upper edge of the front side of the package. The closed plane during operation of the package is removed by tearing or extrusion.

On the right side of the package, a contoured contour (perforation) 6 is also notched out, close to the shape of a horizontally oriented elongated rectangle with rounded corners.

As packaging material, predominantly thick paper, cardboard, cardboard or paper with dissimilar coating materials is used.

On the front, top and sides of the package there is graphic information related to the packaged product, its manufacturer and the external design of the package.

The package is laminated on the outside with a transparent polymer film (cellophane or another film approved for use in food products), which gives it increased rigidity and eliminates the possibility of moisture.

Packaging can be placed on special stands or on shelves to demonstrate the goods.

During operation of the package, part of the front and / or part of the right side of the package can be removed by perforation (5 and / or 6). Thus, holes are formed in the vertical walls of the package, allowing the product to be removed from the package without having to open the lid 1, for example, in the case when several packages of different types of products are stacked on top of each other.

Packaging not only protects the packaged product, but can also be converted into a demonstration tool. For this, the lid 1 is bent along the horizontal bend lines 4 with the formation of an arched protrusion and fixed by the valves of the sides of the package, while the lid 1 takes a vertical position. The lower edge of the lid 1 can also be installed between the valves of the sides of the package so that the parts of the lid 1 are located at a certain angle to the base of the package, thereby expanding the viewing angle to the front of the lid 1 of the package. Thus, the consumer sees a graphic image deposited on the front of the lid 1, oriented vertically or at some angle to the vertical, and not horizontally, and confectionery in individual packaging located in front of the bent cover 1.

If necessary, the lid 1 can be returned to its original state, and the packaging is closed.

Before use, the packaging can be easily transported folded and then decomposed into a bulk box with a hinged lid.
