После этого культовую штифтовую вкладку припасовывают на модели и в полости рта. Шлифуют, полируют и фиксируют на зуб цементом. Нами в клинике ортопедической стоматологии Самарского Государственного Медицинского Университета использовано 22 штифтовые культовые вкладки нашей конструкции. На культовые вкладки изготовлено 12 цельнолитых металлических коронок, 6 металлокерамических и 4 коронки из оксида циркония.
