Abstract

A device for preparing the milk mixture, including the base of the case, on which the container for the dry milk mixture with the dispenser unit and the encoder is fixed, the socket for the container for the finished product, the water tank hydraulically connected in series with the heater block, a pump and a water supply pipe, while the metering unit is made in the form of a removable impeller with blades installed inside the container, a metering valve in the form of a disk with holes and a measuring tank with inlet and outlet openings.

Description

The proposal relates to the food industry and is intended for the preparation of milk for infants from the infant formula.

A device for preparing drinks is known, including a housing, a container for dry milk mixture, a dispenser unit with a metering valve, and a measuring container with inlet and outlet openings (see RU patent No. 2495614, 05.27.2009).

The disadvantage of this technical solution is the design complexity, as well as the fact that the mixing of the liquid and the dry milk mixture is carried out in the mixing chamber of the device, which is difficult to wash, which can lead to the development of pathogenic microorganisms in it, which is naturally not permissible.

The technical solution is aimed at solving the problem of increasing the efficiency and hygienic safety of preparing the milk mixture.

Achievable technical result consists in eliminating the mixing of components in the nodes of the device, simplifying the design and improving the operational properties of the device.

The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that in the device for preparing the milk mixture, including the base of the housing on which the container for the dry milk mixture with the dispenser unit and the encoder is fixed, a socket for the container for the finished product, a water tank hydraulically connected in series with the heater block, a pump and a water supply pipe, the dispenser unit is made in the form installed inside the container, a removable impeller with blades, a metering valve in the form of a disk with holes, and a measuring tank with an inlet and outlet openings.

A set of features is proposed, each of which is necessary, and all together are sufficient to achieve the claimed technical result.

A device for preparing the milk mixture, includes the base of the housing 1, on which a container 2 for dry milk mixture with a dispenser unit 3 and an encoder 4 is fixed, a socket 5 for an autonomous container for the finished product 6, a water tank 7. The latter is hydraulically connected in series with the heater block 8, a pump 9 and a water supply pipe 10. The metering unit is made in the form installed inside the container 2, a removable impeller 11 with blades 12, a metering valve in the form of a disk 13 with holes 14, synchronized with a replaceable impeller 11, a measuring tank 15 with an inlet 16 and an outlet 17 openings, and a metering tank 18, with an inlet 19.

In addition, the slot 5 for the container for the finished product, made with adjustable dimensions.

The drive is from an electric motor 20.

The device for preparing the milk mixture works as follows. At the beginning of the work, the impeller blades 12 are installed 11, blocking the inlet 16 of the measuring tank 15. The milk mixture is poured into the container 2. When you turn on the device in the mains, using the encoder 4 set the dosage mode.

Encoder 4 is a multi-turn controller handle with a button in the middle. This type of controller allows you to easily and fairly intuitively work with almost any device.

Then, from the water tank 7, through the heater block 8, into the tank for the finished product 6, pump 9 through the water supply pipe 10, a predetermined quantity of water is heated in the heater block 8 to the desired temperature. After that, when the impeller 11 rotates, the dry milk mixture, through the inlet 16, is fed into the measuring container 15. Then, the impeller 11, rotating, blocks the access of the milk mixture to the measuring container 15. At the same time, the hole 14 of the metering valve in the form of a disk 13 rotating synchronously with the impeller 11, coincides with the outlet 17 of the measuring container 15 and the inlet 19 of the dispensing container 18, as a result of which the dry mixture freely enters the stand-alone container for the finished product 6 (bottle for baby food). Here the components are mixed and ready-made baby food is obtained.

Depending on the dosage mode selected, the metering unit can repeat the phases of operation several times.

To use autonomous containers of various shapes and sizes for the finished product 6, socket 5 is made with adjustable dimensions.

The most important quality of the proposed technical solution is the lack of contact of the dry milk mixture and water until they get into an autonomous container for the finished product 6. This improves the bacterial safety, as well as the operational properties of the device. In particular, it is easily disassembled for washing.
