Description
The invention relates to veterinary medicine and animal husbandry, in particular to devices for producing digestive juices in ruminants in an experiment, in particular in cattle, goats, sheep.
The closest in technical essence to the claimed object is the developed cannula (M.O. Omarov [et al.], RF Patent No. 2302841 “Cannula”, 2004), all of whose elements are made of titanium, the cannula consists of a fistula tube with an external thread in the upper part with a nut screwed onto it, the outer diameter of the removable washer is 0.9-1.0 the length of the plate, while the washer has holes with a total area of 0.25-0.30 of the area of the washer. The disadvantage of this cannula is that it is made of metal - titanium, the pressure plate injures the intestinal wall, disrupting blood circulation and causes tissue necrosis, and also does not provide the necessary stiffness to hold it in a hollow organ, which does not allow the use of fistulated animals for a long time .
The purpose of the utility model is to ensure the reliability of fixation and sealing of the device for fistulation of the scar in ruminants, and the ability to conduct lengthy, for several years, experiments on fistulated animals.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the lower part of the tube with a length of 20 mm is corrugated, which allows to maintain physiological mobility between the scar, fistula device, and the abdominal wall, this contributes to close contact and sealing of the scar, and prevention of loosening of the fistula. The subperitoneal and cutaneous disc have four large ellipsoid openings. The holes of the subperitoneal disk are designed for tissue germination, the holes of the cutaneous disk are used to prevent maceration and diaper rash of the skin of the peristhicular region, i.e. natural ventilation. To close the lumen of the tube there is an additional detail - a tube with an attached piston and sealing rubber corresponding to the inner diameter of the tube, which prevents the contents of the scar from being ejected into the lumen of the tube - prevention of decay. A device for fistulation of the scar in ruminants is made of polymer - caprolon.
1, 2).The invention is illustrated by photographs (figure 1, 2).
The device for fistulation of the scar in ruminants consists of a tube (1) with an external thread (2). In the lower part of the tube there is an intraorgan fixing flange (3), which is attached to the tube with a corrugated tube 20 mm long (5). On the flange for a more convenient insertion of the device there is a sample in the form of a triangular sector (4). A subperitoneal disk (9 1 ) and a cutaneous disk (9 2 ) are screwed onto the tube (1), each disk has four large openings (10) of elliptical shape and an internal thread (11). To close the lumen of the tube (1), there is an additional part, which consists of a plug (6), a piston (7) and a rubber o-ring (8). All elements of the fistulation device are made of polymer - caprolon.
The operation of the device for fistulation of the scar in ruminants is as follows. Using a scalpel, dissect the wall of the scar, insert the intraorgan flange (3) into the cavity of the scar, for a more convenient insertion of the device, there is a sample in the shape of a triangular sector on the flange (4). Next, in accordance with the size of the flange, we impose a serous-muscular purse string suture, carefully tighten and tie. Screw the subperitoneal disk (9 1 ) onto the tube ( 1 ). The edges of the peritoneum are sutured with a continuous furrowed suture around the tube (1), then the muscles and skin are sutured with knotted sutures, and then the skin disc is screwed on (9 2 ). Then we insert the piston (7) from above into the lumen of the tube and twist the plug (6). The subperitoneal and cutaneous discs (9 1 , 9 2 ) are interchangeable.
Advantages in comparison with other well-known technical solutions.
