For this purpose, working conditions were analyzed at large enterprises of the paint and varnish industry in the Southern Federal District-Empils CJSC in Rostov-on-Don, (the number of employees is 1,300 people), Taganrog Paint and Varnish Plant Raduga OJSC in Taganrog (the number of employees is 860 person) and an assessment was made of the degree of deviation of production factors from their hygiene standards. The impact of noise on the apparatchiks is due to dispersing equipment, paint machines, as well as a ventilation system and an air conditioning system. The average measured sound level of constant noise on the working methods of apparatchiks was 75 dB, which exceeds the hygiene standards by 5 dB.

The source of vibration that is transmitted through the supporting surfaces to the body of a seated or standing apparatchik is working equipment for grinding, grinding, mixing and components of paints and varnishes. Assessment of vibration acting on the apparatchiks was carried out by the method of integral assessment by the equivalent level of the normalized parameter. The obtained values of vibration acceleration made it possible to conclude that, according to the level of vibration, the working conditions of the apparatchiks are considered harmful.

A set of work on the study of working conditions allowed us to design a costume design for the apparatchik of paint and varnish production with removable elements to protect against increased noise and vibration.
