Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of construction, in particular to the design of the supporting profile, decorative element and kit for the installation of a stretch ceiling, and can be used for interior design of various purpose premises. The bearing profile consists of a shelf and ribs rigidly connected to it, forming at least one open cavity, inside of which at least one transverse protrusion is made on one of the ribs for attaching the tension web. In the lower part of the said rib there is a latch for fastening one side of the decorative element. At least on the other rib in its lower part there is a latch for fastening the opposite side of the decorative element. The supporting profile can be made with two ribs forming one open cavity with the shelf, while the transverse protrusion and the retainer are made on the rib adjacent to the wall, and the retainer for attaching the opposite side of the decorative element is made on the outer rib. The supporting profile contains an internal jumper located under the shelf and rigidly connected to the ribs, while the open cavity is formed by a jumper and ribs. The supporting profile can be made with three ribs forming two open cavities with the shelf, while the transverse protrusion and the retainer are made on the middle rib, and the latches for attaching the opposite side of the decorative element are made on the side ribs. The latches on the side ribs are made in the form of a transverse corrugation or in the form of a recess with a cross section of a rectangular or triangular or round shape or in the form of a protrusion with a cross section of a rectangular or triangular or round shape. The inventive design of the supporting profile, decorative element and kit provides quick installation and reliable fastening of the stretch ceiling web and precise orientation of the decorative element relative to it, which increases the aesthetic qualities of the stretch ceiling. Moreover, the simple design of the decorative element can significantly reduce the cost of manufacturing the kit as a whole.

A support profile is known for mounting a stretch ceiling (Patent RU No. 108773, E04B 9/30, publication date 09/27/2011), consisting of a shelf and two ribs rigidly connected to it, forming an open cavity, inside of which a transverse protrusion is made on a rib adjacent to the wall for fastening the stretch fabric, and in its lower part a latch is made for fastening one side of the decorative element. The supporting profile contains an internal jumper located under the shelf and rigidly connected to its ribs. The rib adjacent to the wall can be connected to the shelf both parallel to the outer rib and the position bent relative to it, while the length of the rib adjacent to the wall is less than the length of the outer rib. In addition, a stiffener in the form of a right triangle can be made over the shelf. The rib adjacent to the wall is made of elastically deformable material.

A disadvantage of the known supporting profile is the implementation of the latch for fastening one side of the decorative element, as a result of which, during operation, a gap may be formed between the opposite side of the decorative element and the canvas of the stretch ceiling emerging from the open cavity.

Known decorative element for mounting a stretch ceiling (Patent RU No. 42561, E04B 19/00, publication date 10/12/2004), made with the possibility of fixing one side on the latch in the lower part of the rib of the supporting profile and overlapping the gap between the wall of the room and the canvas of the stretch ceiling . The decorative element is made with an L-shaped cross section, while its vertical part is made with a retainer of the reciprocal form for mounting on the retainer of the rib adjacent to the wall, and the end part of the horizontal shelf is made with a bevel interacting with the stretch ceiling. The decorative element is made in the form of a ribbon of elastic material.

A disadvantage of the known decorative element is the implementation of the latch for its one-sided mounting on the edge of the supporting profile, as a result of which during operation, a gap may be formed between the opposite side of the decorative element and the canvas of the stretch ceiling emerging from the open cavity.

A known kit for mounting a stretch ceiling (Patent RU No. 93422, E04B 9/30, publication date 04/27/2010), comprising a supporting profile consisting of a shelf and ribs rigidly connected to it, forming one open cavity, a fixing element placed in the said cavity with the possibility of fixing the stretch ceiling canvas in it, and a decorative element, one side of which is fixed on the edge of the supporting profile. Inside the open cavity, on the rib adjacent to the wall, a transverse protrusion is made for interacting with the fixing element, and a latch is made in the lower part of this rib for fastening the decorative element. The supporting profile contains an internal jumper located under the shelf and rigidly connected to its ribs. The kit contains the following options for the design of a decorative element:

- in the form of a profile made of soft polymeric material with a rectangular cross-section, on one side of which a slotted recess is made with one-sided corrugation of a reciprocal form for fastening on a rib adjacent to the wall and with the possibility of bending from the side of the flange wall of the recess by 180 ° to eliminate the gap with its surface and on the opposite side in its end part there are transverse parallel slots and under them a small tapering shelf, made with the possibility of partial overlapping of the end face of the outer rib;

- a component of the base and outer parts, the first of which is made of rigid polymeric material with a T-shaped cross section and is connected to the strip of the decorative element at the bottom, and the second is made of soft polymeric material with corrugation on the opposite sides of the reciprocal form for mounting on an adjacent to a rib wall and a T-slot for connection to the base part;

- a component of the base and outer parts, the first of which is made of rigid polymeric material in the form of a vertical bridge with downward-facing longitudinal projections for fastening in the open cavity between the ribs of the supporting profile, and the second in the form of a strip connected below to the base part.

The execution of the supporting profile and the decorative element in the known set allows you to change the position of the latter relative to the plane of the stretched canvas of the suspended ceiling, which somewhat improves its appearance and the premises as a whole.

The disadvantages of the known kit are:

- performing fastening of a decorative element on one rib or fixing it to a spacer between two ribs, as a result of which, during operation, a gap can be formed between one of the edges of the decorative element and the canvas of the stretch ceiling emerging from the open cavity or the wall;

- the relatively complex design of the decorative element, which increases the cost of the kit and the complexity of installing the stretch ceiling.

A known kit for mounting a stretch ceiling with a decorative element (Patent RU No. 41044, E04B 9/00, publication date 10/10/2004), including a supporting profile, consisting of a shelf and rigidly connected to it middle and two side ribs, forming at least two open cavities, two fixing elements placed in the respective cavities with the possibility of fixing the stretch ceiling webs in them, and a decorative element fixed to the middle edge of the supporting profile. The side ribs of the same length are located at an angle of 20 ° to the middle rib, which is shorter than the side ribs. At the same time, two transverse protrusions are made on the middle rib for fastening the fixing elements with tensioning webs, and in its lower part a thickening is made for fastening the decorative element. The supporting profile is made of aluminum alloy with increased tensile strength and hardness, which ensures the preservation of the geometric dimensions of the profile under load during the service life. The decorative element is made of an elastic material, such as plasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which allows its installation and dismantling at room temperature without risking damage to the stretch ceiling stretched over the edges of the canvas.

The disadvantages of the known kit are:

- the complexity of mounting the decorative element on the supporting profile, due to the need to perform simultaneous bending of the side ribs in the horizontal direction and moving the decorative element in the vertical direction to fix on the thickening of the middle rib;

- mismatch of the plane of the stretch fabric and the horizontal shelf of the decorative element, which makes it noticeable to the eyes and affects the appearance of the ceiling and the room as a whole.

The utility model is based on the task of improving the bearing profile, decorative element and, in general, the kit for installing the stretch ceiling due to another design of the connection of the bearing profile with the decorative element.

The technical result from the implementation of this task is to ensure the fixation of two sides of the decorative element on the supporting profile, which eliminates the formation of a gap between the edge of the decorative element and the canvas of the stretch ceiling and thereby improve the appearance of the stretch ceiling and the room as a whole. The specified technical result is achieved simultaneously with increasing convenience and reducing the complexity of the installation of the stretch ceiling.

The problem in terms of the supporting profile for the installation of a stretch ceiling is solved due to the fact that the supporting profile, consisting of a shelf and ribs rigidly connected to it, forming at least one open cavity, inside of which at least one transverse protrusion is made on one of the ribs for fastening the tension web, while in the lower part of the said rib there is a latch for fastening one side of the decorative element, according to the utility model, the latch for For attaching the opposite side of the decorative element.

In this case, it is advisable that the supporting profile be made with two ribs forming one open cavity with the shelf, the said transverse protrusion and the clamp are made on the rib adjacent to the wall, and the clamp for attaching the opposite side of the decorative element is made on the outer rib.

It is advisable that the supporting profile contains an internal jumper located under the shelf and rigidly connected to the ribs, while the open cavity is formed by a jumper and ribs.

The problem in part of the kit for mounting the stretch ceiling is solved due to the fact that, in the kit, including the supporting profile, consisting of a shelf and ribs rigidly connected to it, forming at least one open cavity, a fixing element placed in the said cavity with the possibility fixing the stretch ceiling web therein, and a decorative element, one side of which is fixed to the edge of the supporting profile, according to the utility model, the supporting profile and decorative element are made in any of the above-described ruktivnyh performances.

The design of each of the objects intended for the installation of a stretch ceiling, ensures the achievement of the claimed technical result. In particular, due to the implementation of clamps on all edges of the bearing profile for fastening the opposite sides of the decorative element, it is possible to securely fix it during assembly of the kit. At the same time, the implementation of the supporting profile with two ribs forming one open cavity with the shelf, or with three ribs forming two open cavities with the shelf, are alternative features and each of them, together with other features of this independent claim, provide the claimed technical result.

The execution of the two sides of the decorative element with latches of the reciprocal form for fixing on the latches of the corresponding ribs of the supporting profile, including their implementation on one side of the decorative element with the possibility of the formation of a latch when interacting with each other, allows you to securely fasten the decorative element on the edges of the supporting profile, which eliminates the formation of a gap between the edge of the decorative element and the canvas of the stretch ceiling and thereby improves the appearance of the stretch ceiling and the premises as a whole.

The implementation of the kit for the installation of the stretch ceiling with the claimed design of the supporting profile and the decorative element allows to realize their above advantages and at the same time increase the convenience and reduce the complexity of the installation of the stretch ceiling.

The inventive designs of the supporting profile and decorative element are considered on examples of their use in kits for mounting a stretch ceiling, in which the supporting profile is made with a shelf, an internal jumper and two ribs with the formation of one open cavity, and is made with a shelf and three ribs with the formation of two open cavities .

The kit for mounting a stretch ceiling includes (Fig. 1-9) a supporting profile 1, a fixing element 2 and a decorative element 3. The supporting profile 1 consists of a shelf 4, ribs 5, 6 rigidly connected to it, and an internal jumper 7 forming together with the aforementioned ribs open cavity 8. On the rib 5 adjacent to the wall 9 of the room, made a transverse protrusion 10 for interaction with the locking element 2, and in its lower part is made a retainer in the form of transverse corrugation 11. On the outer rib 6 in its lower part is made a retainer 12 in the form of a notch with a cross cross-section of a rectangular shape facing the inside of the open cavity 8 (Fig. 1). At the location of the transverse retainer 12, the rib 6 is made with a thickening (not indicated). The decorative element 3 is made of an L-shaped cross-section, while its vertical part contains a retainer with a transverse corrugation of a reciprocal shape (not indicated) for mounting on a rib 5, and the end part of a horizontal shelf contains a retainer 14 of a reciprocal form for mounting on a rib 6. Mentioned latches 12 and 14 are configured to form latches when they interact with each other. The fixing element 2 is placed in the said cavity 8 with the possibility of supporting one of its ends on the transverse protrusion 10 of the fixing web 13 of the stretch ceiling between the interacting surfaces of the ribs 6 and the decorative element 3.

In the following examples of execution (Fig. 2-8) of the kit with the decorative element 3 of the L-shaped cross section, the clamps 11 on the rib 5 and the latches interacting with it on the vertical part of the decorative element 3 are made in the form of a transverse corrugation 11. Moreover, the clamp 12 on the rib 6 is made in the form of recesses with a cross section of a triangular shape (Fig. 2), round shape (Fig. 3), a triangular shape in the form of a step (Fig. 4), and also in the form of protrusions with a cross section of a rectangular shape (Fig. 5) , triangular shape (Fig. 6), rounded shape (Fig. 7), and recesses with beveled walls (Fig. 8). In the above examples, the decorative element 3 is made with latches 14 of the reciprocal form in the end part of the horizontal shelf for mounting on the ribs 12 of the rib 6. Moreover, all of the latches 12 and 14 are configured to form a latch when they interact with each other.

For ease of installation on the supporting profiles 1 can be made guide groove 15, designed to center the tool when drilling holes used to fix the profile on the wall of the room 9.

When installing a stretch ceiling of paintings of 13 different colors in the kit, a supporting profile with three ribs 16-18 can be used, forming two open cavities - 19 and 20 with shelf 4 (Fig. 10). In this case, the transverse protrusion 10 and two latches 11 are made on the middle rib 17, and the latches 12 on the side ribs 16 and 18. This set contains two decorative elements 3 of the L-shaped cross section, made similar to the previously discussed examples.

The supporting profile can also be made with the middle rib 17, which contains one latch 11 (Fig. 11). In this case, the decorative element 21 is made of a ⊥-shaped cross section with clamps inside its vertical part and in the end parts of the horizontal shelf (not indicated).

In all the examples considered, the supporting profile is made of hard plastics or metal alloys, and decorative elements 3 and 21 are made of hard, elastic or soft grades of plastics or metal alloys.

Presented on the figures and in the description of the design of the supporting profile, decorative elements and the kit does not exhaust all possible options for their implementation, ensuring the achievement of the claimed technical result. For example, the supporting profile can be made with an inclined arrangement of ribs and various configurations of the shelf and the internal bridge, decorative elements are made with a flat or curly cross section and clamps at their opposite ends, and the kit is made with a different design for fixing the stretch ceiling web in an open cavity.

When performing the installation of a stretch ceiling, the kit is used as follows.

In the supporting profile 1, holes are drilled along the guide groove 15 and, by means of screws, are mounted on the wall 9 of the room. The edge of the web 13 stretch ceiling lead into an open cavity 8 and fix it there by means of a fixing element 2, one shoulder of which is supported on the transverse protrusion 10. When using a kit with a decorative element 3 L-shaped cross-section, its vertical part is fixed on the transverse corrugation 11 ribs 5 and then the latch 14 in the end part of the horizontal shelf is combined with the latch 12 on the edge 6 with the formation of a latch between them. Due to the elastic properties of the material, the end part of the horizontal shelf is easily inserted into the opening of the open cavity 8 and tightly overlaps it from the bottom, ensuring reliable pressing of the web 13 of the stretch ceiling to the edge of the rib 6. Moreover, due to the latch of the clips 12 and 14, the edge of the decorative element 3 is not deformed into the operation process, which eliminates the formation of a crevice gap with the web 13 of the stretch ceiling and improves its appearance and the premises as a whole.

When using a decorative element 3 made in the form of a corner in the kit, its end parts are fixed respectively on the transverse protrusion 10 inside the open cavity 8 and on the wall 9 of the room, and the top is led into the notch of the latch 12 on the edge 6.

When using a carrier profile in a set with three ribs 16-18, forming two open cavities 19 and 20 with a shelf, its shelf 4 is fastened to the ceiling of the room by means of screws, similarly to the previously considered example. The edge of each web 13 of the stretch ceiling is alternately led into open cavities 19 and 20 and fixed there by means of the fixing elements 2 similarly to the previously considered example. After that, the vertical parts of the decorative elements 3 of the L-shaped cross section are successively fixed on the latches 11 of the middle rib 17, and the latches 14 in the end parts of their horizontal shelves are led into the openings of the open cavities 19 and 20 and combined with the latches 12 on the ribs 16 and 18 to form latches in between.

When using a decorative element 21 made with a ⊥-shaped cross section in a similar set, the vertical part of the decorative element 21 is first fixed on the retainer 11 of the middle rib 17, and then the latches 14 in the end parts of the horizontal shelf are led into the openings of the open cavities 19 and 20 and combined with latches 12 on the ribs 16 and 18 with the formation of a latch between them.

The inventive design of the supporting profile, decorative element and kit provides quick installation and reliable fastening of the stretch ceiling web and precise orientation of the decorative element relative to it, which increases the aesthetic qualities of the stretch ceiling. The kit can be made in serial production by known technological methods using existing materials and equipment. Moreover, the simple design of the decorative element allows to reduce the cost of manufacturing the kit in comparison with the known technical solution.

A kit for mounting a stretch ceiling, including a supporting profile, consisting of a shelf and ribs rigidly connected to it, forming at least one open cavity, a fixing element placed in said cavity with the possibility of fixing the stretch ceiling web therein, and a decorative element, one side of which is fixed on the edge of the supporting profile, characterized in that the supporting profile is made according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and the decorative element is made according to any one of claims 7 to 10.
