Description
The claimed solution relates to containers formed from blanks of sheet cellulosic material.
There are a huge number of different containers manufactured by SEDA S.P.A. (IT), ELOPAK SYSTEMS AG (CH) and other manufacturers. The containers of these manufacturers are made from sheet blanks made from cellulosic materials. However, known containers are intended primarily for storage and transportation of liquid products. At the same time, liquid products are bottled automatically.
Small-sized products such as, for example, consumables for office equipment, perfumes and cosmetics, insecticides, stationery, electronics, pharmaceuticals, hardware, toys, souvenirs, sporting goods, fishing products, etc., are packaged in blister packs or small container boxes made of cellulosic sheet material. At the same time, the packaging of the products themselves is carried out using manual labor.
The objective of the proposed solution is to create a type of packaging, such as a container, which provides an automated process for packing small-sized products into a container of cellulosic material.
The technical result obtained from the implementation of the proposed solution is to reduce the time of packaging products, improving quality, protection against unauthorized opening.
Указанная задача решается за счет создания нового вида контейнера, выполненного из заготовки, включающей замкнутую систему корпуса, состоящую из первой, второй и третьей частей (Р1-Р3) заготовки, закрытые торцы, включающие верхнюю и нижнюю части (Р4, Р5), продолжающиеся от соответствующих краев (S4, S5) первой части (Р1) корпуса, причем вторая, третья и пятая части (Р2, Р3, Р5) содержат соответствующие им внешние части (Р6, Р7, Р8), продолжающиеся от краев (S6, S7, S8); где упомянутые края (S6, S7, S8,), а также края (S2, S3, S4, S5) »,, выполнены с возможностью их сгибания, при этом четвертая часть (Р4) имеет общий край (S9) с основанием (Р9), а внешние части (Р6, Р7, Р8) выполнены с возможностью их соединения с основанием (Р9).This problem is solved by creating a new type of container made of a workpiece, including a closed casing system, consisting of the first, second and third parts (P1-P3) of the workpiece, closed ends, including the upper and lower parts (P4, P5), continuing from the corresponding edges (S4, S5) of the first part (P1) of the housing, the second, third and fifth parts (P2, P3, P5) containing their corresponding outer parts (P6, P7, P8), extending from the edges (S6, S7, S8 ); where the mentioned edges (S6, S7, S8,), as well as the edges (S2, S3, S4, S5), are made with the possibility of bending them, while the fourth part (P4) has a common edge (S9) with the base (P9 ), and the external parts (P6, P7, P8) are made with the possibility of their connection with the base (P9).
The authors of the proposed solution proposed a container, the design of which allows you to fully automate the assembly process of both the container itself and the packaging of various products in shape, size and content, as well as provide protection against unauthorized opening due to the possibility of connecting parts P6, P7, P8 with base P9. In addition, such a container meets high quality requirements, as Allows you to put on the base of P9 from all sides a sufficiently large amount of information, such as advertising, information, various types of instructions for using packaged products.
For a complete and clear disclosure of the claimed solution, a reference is made, as an example, to the attached drawing, figure 1, which shows the workpiece, to form a container.
The blank shown in Fig. 1 is made of cellulosic material with pre-printed polygraphy and blister varnish for heat sealing and consists of the first, second and third parts (P1-P3), from which the container body is formed, in which the packaged product will be placed. The closed ends of the body are formed by the upper and lower parts (P4, P5), extending from the corresponding edges (S4, S5) of the first part (P1) of the body. Moreover, the first, second, third, fourth and fifth parts (PI, P2, P3, P4, P5) contain the corresponding external parts (P6, P7, P8), continuing from the edges (S6, S7, S8). These edges, as well as the edges (S2, S3, S4, S5) have weakened lines along which the corresponding parts of the workpiece are bent. The blank contains a base (P9), which is connected to the part (P4) along a common edge (S9). The outer parts (P6, P7, P8) are made with the possibility of their connection with the base (P9) by means of a pre-blister varnish applied to them.
The method of using the inventive container is discussed further in its non-exhaustive example.
Example:
The aforementioned preform made of cellulosic material is supplied from a stack of preforms to a preform table by means of known devices, in particular suction cups. Further, on the preform table, which is a forming tool tray having the shape of the folded parts (PI, P2, P3) of the workpiece, a container body is formed. Further, by means of a holding frame, which is lowered onto the part (P6, P7, P8) of the workpiece, the workpiece is fixed in the necessary condition for its subsequent transfer to the carousel conveyor or the so-called index table.
The transfer of the partially formed preform from the preforming table to the said conveyor takes place by means of a linear or rotary drive using vacuum or any known holding.
On the conveyor, the workpiece is placed in a special lodgement in which it can be held with the formed body without the use of special mechanical, pneumatic or vacuum grippers.
Next, the formed container body by means of a linear stacker with automated feeding is filled with packaged products. By means of a clamping roller or other known mechanical clamping of the machine integrated in the mechanical cycle, the step of connecting the base P9 to the parts P6, P8 and P9 is carried out. The temperature effect with mechanical force on the surface of these parts, previously coated with blister varnish, is sufficient for soldering (welding) of the container. The product thus packaged in the container is removed from the conveyor by means of pneumatic, vacuum or mechanical gripping.
Thus, the claimed solution to the design of the container allows you to get a package with stable packaging quality. Due to the exclusion of manual labor, the speed of both assembling the container itself and packaging of various products into it increases, as well as the possibility of introducing packaging marking operations into the cycle.
