Description
10.12.2004 г.).Known folding bike, which contains an articulated triangular frame, consisting of three parts: front, rear and bottom. The front of the frame is connected to the rear and lower parts of the frame using universal joints, for example, spherical. This connection is detachable. The front of the frame is rigidly connected to the swivel fork of the front wheel. The steering wheel consists of two separate halves, each of which is pivotally mounted on the axes of the rear of the frame. These halves, due to the leash, rotate the front of the frame together with the swivel fork. The leash is pivotally fixed relative to half of the steering wheel and the protrusion of the front of the frame. In this case, the centers of the hinges of the leashes are located above the center of the hinge connecting the front and rear parts of the bicycle frame. The proposed technical solution is aimed at reducing the size of the bicycle when folded (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2241628, publ. 10.12.2004).
Приложение: паспорт изделия).The closest in technical essence to the claimed bike is a folding bike: "Stels". Its articulated frame breaks down in the horizontal plane into two parts: the front and back, thus forming two planar packs of a satchel (see Appendix: product passport).
However, this bike package does not match the dimensions of the shoulder bag, neither in height nor in width. The design of the steering and seatposts does not allow the steering wheel and saddle to fall to the height of the shoulder bag.
The technical task of the utility model is to reduce the overall dimensions of the bicycle when folded.
The technical problem is achieved in that the bicycle contains an articulated frame, steering and seatposts having movable connections with parts of the frame, a steering wheel, a saddle, two wheels, the front wheel being smaller in diameter than the rear pedal chain drive, and the frame consists of a central part , the front and rear, which are pairwise interconnected by the front and rear cylindrical hinges, the rear hinge connecting the center and rear of the frame, which in this case becomes the movable fork of the rear track and, mounted behind the saddle of the bicycle. The steering rack and seatpost made telescopic.
Comparison of the claimed utility model with the prototype shows that it differs in the following features:
- рама состоит из центральной части, передней части и задней части, которые попарно соединены между собой передним и задним цилиндрическими шарнирами;- the frame consists of a central part, a front part and a rear part, which are pairwise interconnected by front and rear cylindrical hinges;
- задний шарнир, соединяющий центральную и заднюю часть рамы, которая при этом становится подвижной вилкой заднего колеса, установлен за седлом велосипеда;- a rear hinge connecting the center and rear of the frame, which in this case becomes the movable fork of the rear wheel, is installed behind the saddle of the bicycle;
- рулевая стойка и подседельная стойка выполнены телескопическими.- the steering rack and the seatpost are made telescopic.
Based on this, it can be assumed that the claimed utility model meets the criterion of "novelty."
A utility model can be manufactured using standard equipment using well-known technological processes, therefore it meets the criterion of “industrial applicability”.
In the drawings, to one degree or another, in various angles and modes, the claimed utility model is schematically depicted.

17.The basis of the folding backpack bicycle is the frame 35 (Fig., The position is shown with a curly brace), which consists of three parts pivotally connected to each other: central 28,
The
33.The telescopic rack (steering telescope) 33, the size and number of monks in which depends on the structural dimensions of the bicycle, provides the raising, lowering and rotation of the
Seatpost telescopic rack (seatpost telescope) 34, provides lifting and lowering of the
The step of installing the
Folding a folding knapsack bike from vehicle mode to bike mode is as follows.

2. With the force of a finger, the latch of the
3. In the same way, the

Unfolding a rolled bike and bringing it into transport position is carried out in the reverse order.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the frame of the folding knapsack bicycle “breaks” in the horizontal plane in three parts, and the steering and seatposts on which the steering wheel and the saddle are mounted are “compressed” in the vertical plane to the steering column and the shortened seatpost. All this allows you to roll (fold) the bike into a bicycle package, the height, thickness and width of which corresponds to the dimensions of the shoulder pack - (650 × 300 × 500) mm. Structural materials in its manufacture are titanium, carbon, duralumin. Structural profiles from them are profile pipes. The estimated weight of the bike package is 5 ... 8 kg. Additional equipment of the bike with a pair of special wheels, transfers it from the class of road bikes to the class of SUVs, into the mountain-forest bike mode. The use of such a bicycle can be attributed to applied sports, taking into account the deployment time, riding on rough terrain and laying it in a satchel.
