1. Трафарет для объемного декора стен, включающий объемную пластину-шаблон, толщина которой соответствует высоте объемного декора, при этом в теле пластины-шаблона сформированы вырезанные фигурные сегменты, образующие рисунок, с одной стороны к пластине-шаблону прикреплена монтажная прозрачная пленка, а с противоположной стороны - транспортировочная пленка.2. Трафарет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пластина-шаблон выполнена из вспененного полимерного материала.3. Трафарет по п.2, отличающийся тем, что в качестве вспененного полимерного материала используют или полихлорвинил, или полипропилен, или полиэтилен, или полистирол.4. Трафарет по п.1, отличающийся тем, что толщина пластины-шаблона составляет 1,0-10 мм.5. Поставленная задача и технический результат достигаются тем, что трафарет для объемного декора стен, согласно полезной модели включает объемную пластину-шаблон, толщина которой соответствует высоте объемного декора, при этом в теле пластины-шаблона сформированы вырезанные фигурные сегменты, образующие рисунок, с одной стороны к пластине-шаблону прикреплена монтажная прозрачная пленка, а с противоположной стороны - транспортировочная пленка. Пластина-шаблон преимущественно выполнена из вспененного полимерного материала, например, полихлорвинила, или полипропилена, или полиэтилена, или полистирола, толщиной от 1,0 до 15 мм. В качестве монтажной прозрачной пленки желательно использовать цветную пленку из ПВХ, полипропилена, или полиэтилентерефталата толщиной 0,1-0,3 мм, необходимую для фиксации изолированных элементов на трафарете и предотвращения их выпадания, а в качестве транспортировочной пленки - полиэтиленовую пленку, или силиконизированную антиадгезионную бумагу. Для получения объемного декора на стенах выполнение трафарета определенной толщины обеспечивает и облегчает выполнение декора заданной высоты. При этом уменьшение толщины объемной пластины меньше 1,0 мм - нецелесообразно, т.к. эффект объема будет незначительным, а увеличение толщины пластины свыше 10 мм, нецелесообразен, т.к. при изготовлении объемного декора с толщиной рельефа превышающего 10 мм значительно увеличивается время высыхания штукатурки, а также уменьшатся прочность рельефного рисунка. При этом наличие монтажной, прозрачной пленки, приклеенной с одной стороны пластины-шаблона, обеспечивает фиксацию изолированных элементов трафарета после вырезания фигурных сегментов и предотвращения их самопроизвольного извлечения. Толщина монтажной пленки 0,1-0,3 мм обусловлена целесообразностью, т.к. при толщине пленки меньше 0,1 мм, ее прочность будет недостаточной, что повлияет на прочность всего трафарета, а увеличение толщины свыше 0,3 мм - нецелесообразна, т.к. на прочность конструкции не повлияет, а только повлияет на вес и окончательную цену трафарета. Наличие транспортирующей пленки обеспечивает сохранение рабочеспособного состояния трафарета во время его транспортировки к месту выполнения декора. Применение клея временной фиксации типа каучукового или полиакрилатного с низкой начальной адгезией, обеспечивает легкое отделение трафарета, как от монтажной пленки, так и от поверхности стены, на которую трафарет будет приклеиваться, облегчая тем самым изготовление объемного декора на стенах. The presence of the transporting film ensures the preservation of the working state of the stencil during its transportation to the place of decoration. The use of temporary fixation adhesive such as rubber or polyacrylate with low initial adhesion provides easy separation of the stencil, both from the mounting film and from the wall surface on which the stencil will be glued, thereby facilitating the manufacture of three-dimensional decor on the walls. As an adhesive, rubber, acrylic, or methyl acrylate with an adhesion force of less than 4 N / kV.m can be used. Possible adhesive brands are RR21, RR24, RR32 from UPM Raflatac.
