Abstract

The utility model relates to construction, namely to metal doors and can be used in residential and industrial premises.

The door unit comprises a hinged box (1), a door leaf (2). On the side of the door leaf (2) from the hinge side, anti-detachable pins (3) are fixed. Holes (4) are made in the box (1) with bushings (5) installed in them with an external thread (6) made on them, onto which fastening elements (7) having a threaded hole are fixed.

The technical result of the claimed technical solution is to prevent the sleeve from falling out of the hole for anti-seizing units, thereby increasing the reliability and cracking resistance of the whole structure as a whole, 4 ill.

Description

The inventive device relates to construction, namely to metal doors and can be used in residential and industrial premises.

Known door blocks containing door leafs with anti-removable pins mounted on a side wall opposite the side wall having a cavity for housing the lock [1], [2], [3], [4]. These anti-removable pins enter during operation into the counter holes in the frame of the box into which the bushings are mounted. During operation, the bushes, under load, become loose, which leads to their possible loss from the holes.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is the exclusion of the loss of the sleeve from the hole under the anti-removable pins, due to an increase in reliability and resistance to breaking the whole structure as a whole.

This result is achieved by the fact that in a door block containing a hinged door leaf with anti-removable pins and a box with holes for anti-removable pins with bushings installed in them, the bushings are fixed in the holes by means of an external thread and fastening elements with holes having threads.

The presence of external threads on the bushings allows them to be fixed in the holes of the box by means of fasteners with a hole having a thread, for example, nuts or similar fasteners. This ensures reliable fixation of the bushings in the holes and eliminates their loss from the latter during operation. This ensures reliability and resistance to breaking the entire design of the door unit as a whole.

The door block is illustrated by drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a door leaf, Fig. 2 shows a box, Fig. 3 shows a sleeve in a section, and Fig. 4 shows a sleeve installed in a box with a fastening element in a section.

The door unit contains a pivotally connected box 1 (figure 2), the door leaf 2 (figure 1). Anti-detachable pins 3 are fixed on the side of the door leaf 2 from the hinge side. In the box 1, holes 4 are made with bushings 5 installed in them (FIGS. 2, 3, 4). On each sleeve 5, an external thread 6 is made on which a fastening element 7 is fixed, having a threaded hole (not shown in Fig.).

During the assembly of the door unit, bushings 5 are installed in the openings 4 of the box 1 on the outside. On the inside of the box, an attachment element 7 is fastened to the external thread 6 of the sleeve 5, having a threaded hole, for example, a nut or other similar fastener. The fastening elements 7 rigidly fix the sleeve 5 in the hole 4 of the box 1 and exclude their loss.

A door unit comprising a hinged door leaf with anti-removable pins and a box with holes for anti-removable pins with bushings installed in them, characterized in that the bushings are fixed in the holes by means of an external thread and fastening elements with holes having threads.
