Трехсекционный мягкий модульный диван, состоящий из трех овальных (полукруглых) секций, имеющих внизу металлические направляющие, скрепляющие секции между собой, две секции имеют одинаковый размер и форму и являются подвижными, снабжены снизу маленькими роликовыми колесами, и обеспечивающие вместе с металлическими направляющими движение этих подвижных секций по заданной оси и создание спального места яйцевидной формы при стыковке подвижных секций между собой и с неподвижной овальной секцией меньшего размера, при этом образующееся спальное место с трех сторон защищено мягкими валикообразными закругленными кривыми спинками, установленными на сидении каждой секции с помощью выступающих на сиденьях металлических опор, при этом модульная секция содержит деревянный полукруглый каркас сиденья, сколоченный из двух овальных рам, каждая из которых состоит из двух полукруглых частей, состыкованных между собой, верхняя рама имеет просверленное отверстие для установки в них металлических опор для крепления к сиденью спинки, деревянный каркас спинки имеет изогнутую кривую форму и собран из двух состыкованных между собой кривопильных частей спинки, а по всему полукругу каркаса спинки прибиты ребра жесткости, на которые прибиты резинотканевые ремни в свободном натяжении, сиденье имеет матрац из поролона, торцы матраца обклеены профилем для создания радиусов по краям, а сверху матрац обклеен синтепоном и флизелином, сиденья и стенки каркасных модулей обклеены поролоном, синтепоном, флизелином или спандбондом марки 17.2. Claims

1. Three-section soft modular sofa, consisting of three oval (semicircular) sections, having metal guides below that fasten the sections together, the two sections are the same size and shape and are movable, equipped with small roller wheels from below, and providing movement together with metal guides of these movable sections along a given axis and the creation of an ovoid sleeper when the movable sections are joined together and with a fixed oval section of a smaller size, the sleeping place is protected on three sides by soft, roller-shaped rounded curved backs mounted on the seat of each section using metal supports protruding on the seats, while the modular section contains a wooden semicircular frame of the seat, knocked together from two oval frames, each of which consists of two semicircular parts, joined together, the upper frame has a drilled hole for installing metal supports in them for fastening the backrest to the seat, the wooden frame of the backrest has a curved curve the shape and is assembled from two cantilevered parts of the back, and stiffeners are nailed over the entire semicircle of the back frame to which rubber-fabric belts are nailed in free tension, the seat has a foam mattress, the ends of the mattress are glued with a profile to create radii along the edges, and on top of the mattress glued with synthetic winterizer and non-woven, the seats and walls of the frame modules are glued with foam rubber, synthetic winterizer, non-woven or spandbond grade 17.
