The objective of the utility model is to develop the design of the console to the operating table, excluding its destabilization during skeletal traction of the upper limbs.

This problem is solved in that the prefix containing the support beam and mounted on it with the possibility of displacement of the threaded rod with an arc with a spoke at one end is equipped with two removable fixing U-shaped brackets made with a threaded hole for the locking bolt - on top and ring grips - at the ends.

The prefix (Fig. 1) will retain the support beam 1, on which, through the coupling 2 with the locking screws 3, the rack 4 with the coupling 5 is fixed with a possibility of displacement. In the coupling 5, a threaded rod 7 is installed and fixed with nuts 6, having an arc 8 with one end a spoke 9. For attachment to the operating table, the console is equipped with two removable fixing U-shaped brackets 10 (Figs. 1, 2) made with a threaded hole 11 for the locking bolt 12 at the top and ring captures 13 at the ends.

The prefix is used as follows.

After laying the patient with a damaged upper limb, removable fixing U-shaped brackets 10 are installed parallel to each other on the side rails of the operating table at the level of the damaged segment. A support beam 1 is introduced into the holes of the annular grips 13 of said brackets and by tightening the locking bolts 12, it is rigidly fixed to the operating table. After that, a spoke is passed through the distal end of the damaged segment 9. Having moved the sleeve 2 with the stand 4 to the required distance along the beam 1, the pin 9 is mounted on the arc 8 of the threaded rod 7 installed in the sleeve 5 of the rack 4. The latter is stabilized by tightening the locking screws 3 of the sleeve 2 Skeletal traction is carried out by rotating the nuts 6, fixing the position of the threaded rod 7 in the clutch 5 of the rack 4. After reposition of the fragments, the limb is fixed using one of the known methods. Dismantling the console is carried out in the reverse order.

Using the proposed attachments to the operating table showed that its use eliminates the destabilization of the device during skeletal traction of the upper limbs, regardless of the magnitude of the applied forces.
