FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

This utility model relates to the field of everyday household appliances, in particular to portable cleaning devices intended, for example, for the care of clothes, shoes and fabrics and leather.

BACKGROUND

The prior art machines for cleaning and polishing shoes, equipped with brushes and installed in offices, hotels and other public places. Such machines are characterized by relatively high power, weight, dimensions and cost, so they usually do not find domestic use.

Instead, hand-held portable care products for clothes, shoes, and fabrics and leathers such as shoe sponges or brushes for shoes or clothes are used in everyday life for cleaning, polishing, grinding, or painting. The disadvantages of these funds include, in particular, the following:

the need for the user to manually perform movements of relatively high amplitude, which can be difficult when used in a limited space (for example, in the car), as well as when used by persons with impaired motor functions of the hands;

the need for a complete replacement of the product when the working or cleaning tape is worn, for example, a sponge pad, brush brush or other working element impregnated with silicone or coloring material - for example, the resource of disposable shoe sponges usually does not exceed 50 cleanings.

A portable hand drill is known in the art for a shoe brush. Such a device allows, at least in part, to eliminate the above disadvantages.

Moreover, this drill has, in particular, the following disadvantages:

- low efficiency of the device due to the limited size of the cleaning surface (as a result, the inconvenience of using clothes for cleaning);

- the inability to use for removing lint from clothes and fine polishing of the skin;

- due to the design, the appearance of the product, unusual for a consumer who needs a shoe polish.

The proposed utility model allows you to automate everyday care for clothes, shoes and products from fabric and leather, as well as expand the range of such care products. Compared with the above prototype, a hand drill with a brush for cleaning shoes, the proposed model provides not rotational, but translational movement of the cleaning element and has wider functionality and efficiency, which makes it more attractive from the point of view of the consumer.

ESSENCE OF A USEFUL MODEL

The tasks are solved by creating a portable cleaning device, comprising: a housing, a cleaning element and a drive for driving the cleaning element in motion, characterized in that the cleaning element is made in the form of a closed tape.

This solution allows you to use the device in a limited space in automatic mode, and automation of the cleaning process or other product care process can also improve the quality of life of people with impaired motor functions of the hands, as it will make it easier for them to independently care for clothes, shoes and products from different types of fabrics and skin. In this case, the use of a cleaning element in the form of a closed tape will provide high efficiency of the process and expand the scope of the device.

According to one variant of the utility model, the claimed device is made in shape and size similar to a traditional sponge for the care of clothes, shoes and leather products, and in a preferred embodiment, the cleaning tape is removable.

Due to the possibility of replacing the working element (cleaning tape), the user, once having purchased the claimed device, will be spared the need to change the whole product as the tape wears out - this will reduce the consumer’s costs, since the cost of the replacement tape is much lower than the cost of a new sponge or brush.

It is preferable to make the working surface of the cleaning tape of foam, bristles or velvet fabric or other suitable cleaning material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

Figure 1 shows a particular embodiment of the claimed device. The device is made in the form of a rectangular, for example, plastic box, the dimensions of which substantially coincide with the dimensions of a traditional shoe sponge, and includes a housing 1 and a protective cover 3 for sheathing the inside of the device in case of non-use. Inside the housing 1 there is a drive and a movable cleaning element, which is a removable cleaning tape 2. The tape 2 is closed and is intended for direct interaction with the treated surface during cleaning, polishing or other similar operations.

A closed cleaning tape 2 is worn on two rollers 4, made with shoulders restricting its axial movement by a height of, for example, about 1 mm.

The rollers 4 are fixed in the housing 1 by means of latches 5 located at the corners of the housing 1 and provided with slots. The rollers 4 are installed in the housing 1 in such a way that they can rotate freely without touching the housing 1 with a cleaning tape 2, while outside the housing 1 only the working surface of the tape 2 extends outward, that is, the directly cleaning coating of the tape made, for example, of foam rubber, felt, bristles, velvet fabric or other suitable material. In this embodiment, the distance between the rollers 4 is selected taking into account the free sliding of the tape 2 along the toe of a medium-sized shoe and is approximately 60 to 70 mm. In the device’s case there is a power supply unit with a compartment 7 for rechargeable batteries 6, which can be used with standard AAA finger batteries or Krona batteries or lithium-ion batteries with the possibility of multiple recharging. Optionally, the power supply can be equipped with a photocell block for recharging batteries. In the embodiment of FIG. 1, a battery compartment 7 is located in the upper part of the housing 1 with free access to the batteries 6 and is provided with a lid 8, for example a hinged cover.

On one side of the housing 1 is a switch on / off switch 9 of the drive, interacting with the rollers 4 to actuate the cleaning tape 2. In the embodiment of figure 1, such a switch 9 is placed on one of the longitudinal sides of the housing 1 of the device. In this example, to drive the rollers 4 in motion, an electric motor 10 is used, mounted inside one of these rollers. The power and design of the electric motor 10 may be different, however, from the point of view of simplicity and cost, it is preferable to use a rotary type electric motor 10. In this case, it is possible to provide for a change in the direction of rotation by changing the polarity of the power supply.

To remove the rollers 4 on the end walls of the housing 1, recesses 11 are provided. Removing the rollers 4 facilitates the process of replacing the cleaning tape and proceeds as follows - using the thumb or a flat screwdriver, through the corresponding recesses 11 in the housing 1, press on the top of the rollers 4 to alternately eject the axes of the rollers 4 from the seat in the form of the above-mentioned slot of the retainer 5. After removing the rollers 4, you can replace the tape 2. Installing the rollers 4 with the cleaning tape 2 is carried out in the reverse order .

In the simplest embodiment of the device (not shown) for lubricating and moistening the cleaning tape 2, it is enough to apply a small amount of the appropriate substance, for example from a spray can or tube, to its working surface. In the embodiment of figure 1, the device is equipped with a removable dispenser 12 in the form of a cartridge or capsule with a lubricating, moisturizing, coloring or other composition for the care of shoes or leather products. The dispenser 12 is located in the upper part inside the housing 1 and is made in such a way that the specified composition fell on the cleaning tape 2 in automatic mode.

Figure 2 shows another embodiment of the device, which used another design solution in terms of an electric drive that rotates the rollers 4. In accordance with this embodiment, to accommodate an electric motor 10, a power supply unit 14 and other drive components, in particular a pulley 19 and belt 20 used a separate frame 15.

In general, the frame 15 is made in such a way as to enable the rollers 4 to rotate with the cleaning tape 2 wrapped around them. In this case, the frame 15 contains a central part 16 with compartments for placing the power supply unit 14 and the electric motor 10, as well as two slats 17 for installing the rollers 4 placed on both sides of the central part 16 and protruding each in the longitudinal direction from both end faces of the central part 16. At one end of each bar 17 there is a fastener 21 for mounting the roller 4, and it is possible the displacement of the roller 4 in the longitudinal direction of the frame 15 - to facilitate the replacement of the cleaning tape 2 (see figure 2). In working condition, the roller 4 is displaced, for example by springing, to the extreme position (see FIG. 2) relative to the central part 16 of the frame 15 so as to ensure that the cleaning tape 2 is properly tensioned. To replace the cleaning tape, the roller 4 must be shifted towards the central part 16 - this will reduce the tension of the cleaning tape 2 and remove it from the rollers. The directions of displacement are indicated in figure 2 by the corresponding arrows 13.

In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the housing 1 essentially functions as a top cover of the device that fits snugly onto the frame 15 by, for example, guide grooves inside the housing 1 and corresponding protrusions outside the frame 15. This embodiment of the device increases the cost of the product, but allows you to replace the cleaning tape without removing and removing each roller 4 individually.

Additionally, the device can be equipped with a protective cover 3, on the inner plane of which, free from any structural elements, it is possible to place, for example by gluing, a sponge (not shown) with a lubricating or coloring composition applied to its surface. When closing the protective cover 3, the specified composition will come into contact with the cleaning tape 2. This solution ensures the presence on the cleaning tape 2 of a lubricating, dyeing or other suitable substance for subsequent use in the process of caring for clothes, shoes or an item made of fabric or leather, and eliminates from the need to use a dispenser in the form of a cartridge or capsule.

Alternatively, the device can be equipped with a luminous element (not shown), for example, to illuminate the cleaning zone, for example, an LED element placed on the front of the housing 1.

Consider the use of the proposed device on the example of the variant of figure 1. The user removes the protective cover 3 (if any) and brings the device, previously equipped with a closed cleaning tape 2, a power supply with charged batteries 6 and, if necessary, a dispenser 12 with a lubricating or coloring substance, to the surface intended for processing. As already indicated, if there is a protective cover 3 instead of the dispenser 12 or in addition to it, for applying surface-care substances to the cleaning tape 2, you can use a sponge (not shown) placed on the protective cover 3 - in this case, before using the device directly remove the protective cover 3, moisten the sponge with a lubricant or dye and close the cover 3 for a while to get the specified composition into contact with tape 2. As indicated above, it is possible to easily apply a lubricant or paint conductive substance directly with the cleaning tape 2.

To bring the cleaning tape 2 into operation, the user starts the device electric motor 10 using the toggle switch 9 located on the housing 1. The electric motor 10 rotates the rollers 4, resulting in a substantially translational movement of the cleaning tape 2 relative to the surface to be treated. The direction of movement of the cleaning tape 2 is determined by the position of the toggle switch 9 - the user switches the toggle switch 9 to one of the positions indicated on the housing 1 by the corresponding arrows, while the toggle switch 9 switches the power polarity and thus sets the rotation direction of the electric motor 10 and, accordingly, the rollers 4. The user enters a moving working the surface of the cleaning tape 2, if necessary with a lubricant or cleaning agent applied to it, in contact with the surface to be treated, for example, a sock a, the back or side of the shoe. Due to the contact movement of the cleaning tape 2 on the treated surface, automatic cleaning, polishing, painting or other similar action is carried out. At the same time, the user is relieved of the need to make movements of significant amplitude with his hands - you only need to move the device along the entire surface to be treated, with the moving cleaning tape 2 in contact with the specified surface. To illuminate the processing area, the user can turn on a luminous element (not shown), if such is provided for by a specific embodiment of the device.

Upon completion of processing, or if necessary interrupt, the user turns off the drive by moving the toggle switch 9 to the middle position, at which the motor 10 is turned off.

If necessary, the user can replace the cleaning tape 2 as described above in connection with figure 1.

The use of the device of FIG. 2 is similar to the use of the device of FIG. 1, with the exception of the above actions performed to change the cleaning tape 2.

It should be noted that the exemplary embodiments of the utility model described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative only and do not limit the scope of the applicant's claims.

The basis of the claimed technical solution is the use of a portable cleaning device, for example, a sponge similar in shape and size to the care of shoes or products made of fabric and leather, a removable cleaning element in the form of a closed tape with automatic drive. At the same time, it is obvious that cleaning refers to such operations as caring for clothes, shoes and fabrics and leather products, such as cleaning, including dust, dirt, lint or other types of pollution, polishing clothes, shoes and leather products, painting clothing, shoes and fabrics and leather, as well as other similar operations.

Of course, the described design of the cleaning tape drive is not the only possible one - other variants of the utility model (not shown in the drawings) provide the possibility of using different types of drives - for example, instead of the drive with an electric motor discussed above, you can use a manual winding mechanism. In addition, you can use a different number of drive rollers or even a drive that provides reciprocating movement of the cleaning tape.

Based on the proposed solution, various options for the design of the housing, placement of the cleaning and other elements, as well as the specific design and location of the drive components in the device housing, including the electric motor, power supply, rollers, pulleys, belts and the driving mechanism (in the case of manual winding drive), as well as additional and optional elements such as cartridges, dispensers, protective covers, a luminous element to illuminate the cleaning area or photo block elements for recharging batteries.

In the simplest version of the device, there are three types of closed cleaning tapes for the care of clothes, shoes and products made of fabric and leather, for example, for cleaning, polishing and grinding the corresponding surfaces:

- foam rubber with a thickness of about 10-15 mm, glued to a dense fabric base;

- soft felt with a thickness of about 4 mm, glued to a dense fabric base;

- spongy porous foam (for example, for the care of products made of nubuck and Alcantara), glued to a dense fabric base.

It is obvious that, depending on the type and design of the drive, as well as the specific purpose of the device, instead of the particular embodiment of the closed cleaning tape described above, other similar structural solutions can be used. In particular, the closed cleaning tape may be provided with a bristle similar to a brush bristle or a coating similar to the coating of a roller for removing (removing) lint and wool from clothes, using appropriate known materials for making such a cleaning tape.
