Дополнительные гибкие элементы могут быть пришиты или приклепаны к основному гибкому элементу. Основной и дополнительные гибкие элементы предпочтительно выполнены в виде капроновой ленты, ремней и/или строп. Спасательное средство может быть снабжено карабином.
