US 2010/0177858; EP 2146352)/Known stands for storing fuel assemblies having support-leveling devices mounted on the bottom surface of the stand base plate and representing a box-like structure of 4 side plates and a horizontal rectangular plate welded to them with a threaded hole into which a leveling screw with a drive element is screwed in the upper end and the supporting surface in the lower end, with which it rests on the corresponding supporting surface in the nest of the supporting plate mounted on the bottom of the pools Shutter speed (patents US 4,900,505; US 4,960,560; US 5,245,641; US 5,719,910; US 6,442,227; EP 0,082,317; EP 2,209,125; US Application 2010/0177858; EP 2146352) /
Известен стеллаж для уплотненного хранения ядерных топливных сборок, опорный элемент которого состоит из гайки, приваренной к нижней поверхности базовой плиты стеллажа, опорного болта, ввинченного в гайку и опорной пластины, на которую опирается опорный болт (заявка US 2011/0038449).A known rack for compacted storage of nuclear fuel assemblies, the support element of which consists of a nut welded to the bottom surface of the base plate of the rack, a support bolt screwed into the nut and a support plate on which the support bolt rests (application US 2011/0038449).
The closest in technical essence of the claimed utility model is the invention according to the patent US 5914994 G21C 19/07, in which the support of the basket for compact storage of fuel cells consists of a carrier plate, on which the basket is mounted, and a plurality of support elements screwed into it.
All of the above, the support racks for storing fuel elements (assemblies) have a rigid structure.
The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to increase the operational safety of racks for storing fuel (fuel) elements of nuclear reactors.
The problem is solved through the use of damping support elements of the support, made in the form of perforated pipes welded into the frame of the support. This design of the support makes it “softer” in the perception of shock loads that are possible in emergency situations.
На фигуре 1 показан общий вид опоры стеллажа для хранения топливных сборок ядерного реактора (вид спереди).The figure 1 shows a General view of the support rack for storing fuel assemblies of a nuclear reactor (front view).
На фигуре 2 показан общий вид опоры стеллажа для хранения топливных сборок ядерного реактора (вид в плане).The figure 2 shows a General view of the support rack for storing fuel assemblies of a nuclear reactor (plan view).

3.Figure 4 shows a section bB in figure 3.
3.Figure 5 shows a view In figure 3.
The support of the rack for storing fuel assemblies of a nuclear reactor consists of a horizontally located base 1 and vertical supporting elements 2, welded into the base so that they have sections protruding above the base to create a gap between the base of the support and the base of the rack installed on it, necessary for the flow of coolant, as well as to exclude deformation of the fuel cartridge in case of its fall.
The base of the support is made in the form of a frame 1 welded from mutually perpendicular longitudinal and transverse metal plates.
1.The supporting element 2 is a pipe segment with radial holes 3 made at least at two vertical levels. The axis 4 of the radial holes 3 at adjacent vertical levels are mutually perpendicular. In the upper part of the inner diameter of the supporting element 2, protruding on the frame, there is a section of thread 5, into which a threaded sleeve 6 is screwed, designed to regulate the gap between the base of the support and the base of the rack and align the position of the base of the rack in a horizontal plane. The threaded sleeve 6 has a gearing means 7 for its rotation with the aim of vertical movement along the thread. To fix the supporting elements 2 in an upright position, the kerchiefs 8 are welded to them, connecting them to the base 1.
The rack mounted on the support is fixed on the support by means of guide elements - guide pins (not shown) mounted on the base of the rack. The guide pins of the rack are introduced into the inner diameter of the sleeve 6 and due to the interconnection of the guide pins with the inner diameter of the sleeve, the position of the rack and the support relative to each other is ensured. Due to this, there is no need to fix the base of the rack relative to the pool wall.
