Field of technology - hydraulic drives. Application - hydraulic cylinders of cars. The prior art, analogues: 1) book. “Hydraulic cylinders” Pavlovsky S, A, 1996. Various types of piston hydraulic cylinders are given with regard to the connection of the liner with the covers p. 28-36, as well as examples of their installation on the equipment p. 93, Fig. 81. Disadvantages: a) in all types of cylinders, the liner is rigidly connected to the end heads. Therefore, it is loaded with the force of the piston; b) the rigid connection of the sleeve with the heads complicates its design; c) the sleeve is used for fastening to equipment, which complicates its design. 2) The prototype - p. 93, Fig. 81 m. The sleeve is made with a shoulder in the middle part and installed with a shoulder in the bore of the body in the form of a saddle. A collar is put on top of the sleeve of the sleeve and bolted to the body. General disadvantages - the liner is loaded with the axial force of the piston. The reason that prevents obtaining a technical result provided by the utility model is the historically developed design of hydraulic cylinders by analogues. Disclosure of a utility model. The problem the utility model aims to solve is: 1) the exclusion of the influence of the piston force on the piston cylinder liner, 2) the exception for the liner of the function of direct power fastening of the cylinder to the base. The problem is solved by introducing the following new significant features in the prototype, which includes, a) a sleeve with a shoulder; b) end heads of the sleeve; c) fastening elements for sleeves with heads, in particular, flanged with bolt fasteners; g) the case with a bore under the sleeve, differs: e) the shoulder is made on the side of the end face of the sleeve; f) in the rest of the sleeve is made in the form of a pipe of constant cross-section; g) the flange elements for attaching the sleeve to the heads are freely mounted on the sleeve, while one of them is installed with an emphasis in the end collar, and the second in the end head; i) flange elements of the sleeve are rigidly connected to the housing. The consequence in the form of a technical result: 1) the cylinder force is transmitted through the socket heads directly to the housing; 2) the sleeve is only under the pressure of the working fluid like a pipe, which minimizes the wall thickness and increases the service life; 3) simplification of manufacture - the sleeve is a pipe with an end collar, the outer diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the workpiece. As a result, all cylinders are equipped with one basic part in the form of a housing, through which they are installed on the equipment base or foundation. The utility model allows for maximum standardization of hydraulic cylinders. A brief description of the drawings of the utility model of figure 1 is a General view in section; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1. The implementation of the utility model is similar to the prototype on metal-cutting equipment. The applicability of the utility model is compared with analogues due to the simplification of the manufacture of the liner, increase the service life, as well as the possibility of maximum standardization. Description of the utility model in statics, figure 1, the cylinder contains a sleeve 1 with an end collar 2. The sleeve is installed in the bore of the flanges 3 of the housing 4. The back cover 5 is installed in the sleeve until it stops in the collar and bolts 6 are fixed with the flange of the housing. The front cover 7 is freely installed in the sleeve with an end gap to the stop in the housing flange and bolted to it. A piston working element 8 with a rod is installed in the sleeve. The seal nodes are depicted conditionally. The housing is made in the form of two flanges 3 and two channel-shaped sidewalls 9. Such a housing is the basis for installing a hydraulic cylinder for any purpose. The drawing shows a variant of the rocking during operation of the cylinder on the pins 10, mounted on the sides of the housing. Description of utility model in operation. When pressure is applied to any cylinder cavity, the axial forces of the piston are transmitted through the back or front cover to the housing and then closed on the basis of the equipment or foundation.
