Заземлитель, содержащий металлическое основание с контактным выводом и контактный подвод с разъемным электрическим контактом (например, с пластинчатым серебром), предназначенный для электрического соединения с токоведущим проводником, а также подвижный нож (например, сдвоенный), электрически соединенный с контактным выводом и содержащий на конце разъемный электрический контакт (например, с пластинчатым серебром), при этом нож установлен с возможностью электрического замыкания и размыкания с контактным подводом посредством разъемного контакта, например, путем поворота с помощью приводного механизма, отличающийся тем, что на упомянутом основании дополнительно установлен электрический изолятор, на котором закреплен контактный подвод, при этом контактный вывод электрически изолирован от основания.
