The utility model relates to packaging, in particular to packages and containers of a retractable type made of cardboard, and can be used for storage and transportation of packaged and pre-packaged consumer goods, for example juices, confectionery, cigarettes, various spices, soap, toothpaste, etc. d.

Known packaging for small pieces, having a housing made in the form of a box with one open end, in which a product container is placed, made with one locking tab to prevent the container from completely being removed from the housing, and having a shape that repeats the shape of the housing and is closed internal volume. Moreover, the closed internal volume is formed by the side and end walls of the container, and in one of its side walls there is a window for extracting products. In this case, the packaging is made mainly in the form of a rectangular or trihedral prism for packaging, mainly tea bags (see patent for utility model RU No. 86173 U1, B65D / 5/38 of 08/27/2009).

The disadvantage of such packaging is the limited ability to use it only for tea bags, which significantly reduces the consumer properties of the package and does not make it possible to use it for packaging other types of goods and products.

Also known is a retractable type of packaging containing a quadrangular outer casing, an inner product container having the ability to extend by type of drawer, and handles for holding the packaging mounted on the outer casing. Moreover, the inner container further comprises an insert dividing the inner volume of the inner container into places for individual goods and locking elements preventing the full extension of the inner container from the outer case (see USA patent No. 7832624 B2, B65D / 5/38, 11.16.2010 )

The disadvantages of this design of the package is the increased complexity of its manufacture and assembly, as well as a decrease in the operational and consumer properties of such a package.

The claimed utility model is based on the task of simplifying the design of sliding packaging by reducing the complexity of its manufacture and assembly, as well as ensuring high operational efficiency and expanding consumer properties of packaging by universalizing its design.

The problem is solved in that a universal packaging for consumer goods, containing an outer casing in the form of a quadrangle located in the casing with the ability to extend the inner container for products, locking elements and handles for holding the package, according to a utility model, the inner container and handles for holding are made with a single flat blank from which two independent hollow quadrangles are formed in the form of a movable box, in which the lower surfaces form the bottom of the package, p about the bending lines of which, on the outside, locking elements are made, and the upper surfaces are hinged with the possibility of fixing them in the slots of the double handle for holding the package, and along the bending lines, from the outside, locking elements are made. Moreover, the linear dimensions of the outer casing correspond to the linear dimensions of the inner container, and the double handle for holding the package can be transformed from a vertical position to a horizontal position and vice versa.

The universal packaging for consumer goods is composed of independently formed movable quadrangles: the outer casing 1, made in the form of a hollow parallelepiped with a flat blank, on which side walls 2 and 3, end walls 4 and 5, and the inner container 6, consisting of two mobile quadrangles with handles for holding 7.

The inner container 6 with handles for holding 7 is made from a solid flat billet (Fig. 6), on the surface of which relative to the center line of symmetry 8 two billets are mirror-formed using the inflection lines, from which they will form an inner container 6, consisting of two movable quadrangles and double handle 7 for holding the package.

From the line of symmetry 8, on both sides of the workpiece, by separation by the inflection lines, the side walls 9 of the inner container 6 are defined, where the figured holes 10 for the handles 7, the bottom 11, the side walls 12 and the hinged top 13 are made. Moreover, on the inflection lines forming locking tongues 14 are made on the bottom 11, and two types of locking tongues, smaller than 15 and greater than 16, are made on two inflection lines forming the hinged top 13.

The manufacture of universal packaging for consumer goods is as follows.

First, depending on the type of packaged and pre-packaged goods and their quantity, as well as the customer’s conditions, the geometric parameters of the package are calculated, namely, the volume and linear dimensions of the inner container 6 for laying products are determined and, accordingly, the dimensions of the outer container 6 are determined by the geometric dimensions of the outer case 1 .

Billets for the inner container 6 and the outer casing 1 are made, for example, on die-cutting equipment from flat cardboard. The workpiece of the outer casing 1 is bent along the inflection lines and further, the side 3 and end 4 walls are glued. Thus, the outer casing 1 is formed in the form of a hollow parallelepiped.

Then, on the blank of the inner container 6, the perforated line of symmetry 8 is bent and the inner container 6 begins to form along the bend lines (Fig. 7). The final formation of the inner container 6 is completed when the side walls 9 and 12, the bottom 11 and the hinged top 13 form two movable quadrangles and a double handle 7 is formed to hold the package.

Further, due to the mobility of the structure of the inner container 6, it is inserted into the outer casing 1 (Fig.3). After the deployment and final installation of the inner container 6 inside the outer casing 1, using the locking tabs 14 and 15, the set position of the assembled package is fixed.

Then fill two internal volumes of the inner container 6 with packaged goods, for example, six sachets of fruit juice of 200 ml - three bags in each container, and close with the help of the folding tops 13, which serve as lids. Moreover, the closing of the hinged lids 13 is fixed with stop tabs 16, which, when interacting with the elongated cutout of the figured hole 10, form a lock preventing the opening of the lids 13. Moreover, the opening of the hinged lids 13 is also easily carried out by the mobility of the packaging structure.

If it is necessary to transport universal packaging and / or storage, its double handle 7 for holding the package can be easily transformed from a vertical position to a horizontal position and vice versa. In addition, the implementation of the double handle 7 can withstand significant weight loads, which makes it possible to pack heavier and larger products, as well as reuse the claimed packaging.

To extract goods from the universal packaging, the locking tabs 14 and 15 are unbent and the inner container 6 is pulled out of the outer casing 1 using the double handle 7.

Thus, this implementation of universal packaging allows to simplify its design by reducing the complexity of manufacturing and assembly of the package, as well as to ensure its high operational efficiency and expand consumer properties.

A universal packaging for consumer goods, comprising an outer case in the form of a quadrangle and an inner container for products, locking elements and handles for holding the package located in the body with the possibility of extension, characterized in that the inner container and handles for holding are made of a single flat blank, from which two independent hollow quadrangles are formed in the form of a moving parallelepiped, in which the lower surfaces form the bottom of the package, along the inflection lines of which with an external Rhone formed locking elements, and the upper surfaces are hinged with the possibility of fixing them in slots dual handles for holding the packaging, wherein the lines of inflection on the outside locking elements are made. 2.
