Description

The proposed utility model relates to devices for airtight capping of containers, while simultaneously providing the possibility of placing advertising / information materials on the capacity of the carrier, namely, devices for capping containers with soft drinks and / or alcoholic beverages; it is also possible to use for containers with other contents.

Known cap-caps, consisting of a combination of cork, screw cap, protective cap; and also, usually as part of a lid, of a tear-off element; in addition, advertising / informational materials are usually placed separately (not connected) from the cap-cork, usually fastened on a rope drawn over a container (bottle rim).

The invention is known as “Corking construction” (Russian patent No. 2225815, 2004.03.20), containing a monolithic polymer cap-plug, which is used to temporarily close the opened neck of the container.

The closest analogue is the solution according to utility model No. 81480 (Russian patent, 07/11/2008) “Lid-cork with a tear-off element”, in which the lid is made in the form of a cup, the upper part of which is equipped with a rigid metal cap with the possibility of interaction with the cork, and the tear-off the element has an elastic flanging at the bottom.

The disadvantage of this solution is the impossibility of attaching a carrier of advertising / information materials with it, since the string is not connected in any way with the lid - cork, and it is possible to change this information simply by removing the cord from the container.

The proposed solution eliminates these shortcomings due to the following.

The cap-lid is made mainly in the form of a cylinder or a truncated cone (assembled), contains an external part located when connected to the container on the external part of the container (bottle rim), made as a whole (from a polymeric material); the inner part, acting as a cork and located when connected to the container inside the part of the container (bottle rim), while the outer part in its lower region contains a tear-off element, and the cap is connected to the cap-stopper, while the cap is made in the form of a cylinder with a hole in its central part; also the cap-stopper contains a string fixed by a cap, a string, part of which is located under the cap, and part - outside relative to the cap-stopper; A carrier of promotional / informational materials may be located on a rope.

With this embodiment of the cork lid, it becomes impossible to remove the string and, accordingly, the carrier of advertising / informational materials, without physical destruction of either part of the cork cover (cap) or the string itself, and the presence of such destruction gives the consumer a clear understanding that this product (capacity ) either has already been opened or is a fake.

The cap-lid is made predominantly in the form of a cylinder or a truncated cone (assembled), contains an external part 2 located when connected to the container on the external part of the container (bottle rim) 4, made as a whole (from a polymeric material); the inner part 2a, acting as a cork and located when connected to the container inside the part of the container (bottle rim) 4, while the outer part in its lower region contains a tear-off element (not shown), and the cap 1 is connected to the cap - cork, while the cap made in the form of a cylinder with a hole in its central part; also the cap-stopper contains a string fixed by the cap, the string 3a of which is located under the cap, and part 3 is externally relative to the cap-stopper; on a rope a carrier of advertising / information materials (not shown) may be located.

The cap is made of various types of plastics, the material of the cap can be both plastic and metal, as well as fiberglass, glass or ceramic. Becheva is made from natural or synthetic materials.

The connection of the cap-stopper and the cap is carried out by common methods, while a string is fixed between them, with a carrier of advertising / information material previously placed on it.

Capping of the bottle is carried out by pressing the cap-lid assembly onto the rim of the bottle, the string is preliminarily placed according to one of the embodiments between the cap and the cap-cork.
