The implementation of the invention
A device for conducting a tapping test consists of a step-down transformer, a key, matching resistance with a nominal value of 15 kOhm, an analog-to-digital converter, and a computer program. The transformer is used to reduce the voltage of 220 V to a voltage safe for humans of 9 V and to ensure galvanic isolation of the electronic circuits of the measuring system from the common network. Closing and opening the key translates the A / D converter into two different states. A digital signal is read by an analog-to-digital converter and a program that carries out its final processing and analysis of signals. In the process of processing a digital signal, the program captures moments of time corresponding to the fact of opening the key of the measuring system. Based on the data obtained, the values of the following values are calculated: the number of the given key closure, the closure time, the time elapsed from the previous closure. The time is taken to start the current measurement session.
The utility model is illustrated by the following examples:
Example 1. Subject I. - age from 17 years, somatically healthy, no chronic diseases. An examination of the fine motor skills of the fingers for experimental purposes. Informed consent obtained. During the examination, the subject was in a sitting position, his right hand was located on a support so that the angle between the shoulder and forearm was 90 degrees. In this case, the wrist joint and palm were fixed by the cuff. The registration of rhythmic processes (at least 120 movements) by pressing fingers on the sensor with the maximum frequency was carried out using a computer program, followed by automatic analysis of the corresponding curves and calculation of their parameters. The measurement results (duration of the motor cycle in seconds, the frequency of the test in movements per second) were entered into a special file with further automatic calculation of statistical and correlation parameters. First, the temporal parameters of motor cycles are a curve where cycles with a duration of 0.1 to 0.15 seconds are noted. Then there is an increase in the time of motor cycles from 0.16 to 0.22 seconds, which indicates a beginning slowdown in the rhythm of the movement and indicates a developing process of neuromuscular fatigue and determines the possibility of an individual analysis of the periodic processes of voluntary movements.
