Description
The utility model relates to plastic bottles for various pressurized drinks.
The bottom geometry of PET bottles for beer or carbonated drinks is a fundamental parameter for determining the pressure inside the bottle, depending on the amount of carbon dioxide in the liquid.
The existing configuration of the bottom of the bottles (i.e. bottom shape) for carbonated drinks was developed in order to ensure stability of the geometry and prevent roll due to protrusion of the gate. The bottom geometry of the known bottles has a fold radius between two petals, the same with a radius around the gate of 6.2 mm. and a constant aperture of 60 °. The disadvantages of this geometry are caused by a decrease in the weight of the main part of the bottle body, especially for large bottles (at least 2.5 l), because for the formation of the bottom geometry, a certain amount of material of a certain thickness on the contact diameter (also known as the reference diameter) is required on the bottom wall bottom), i.e. at the fulcrum of the day bottle.
The task underlying the creation of the claimed solution is to eliminate such disadvantages of known bottles, while the technical result achieved by its solution is the possibility of forming a PET bottle with a bottom, the material of which is evenly distributed over its volume, which ultimately helps to reduce the weight of the components of the bottle and the bottle as a whole, as well as improving the manufacturability of the process of its manufacture while maintaining consumer characteristics.
To achieve the set result in a PET bottle containing a case and a bottom with sprues, it is new that the bottom of the bottle is shaped from the condition of changing the radius R and the angle α of the triangular section forming the bottom sprue petal so that the maximum radius of the petal rib R 1 is greater the minimum radius of the rib of the petal to the gate is R 2 , and the angle α 1 of the first triangular section of the bottom is less than the angle α 2 of the second triangular section to the gate.
Preferred, but not required embodiments of the claimed bottle involve determining the radius R 1 from the condition:
, ,
где: m имеет значение в пределах от 0,23 до 0,28, предпочтительно от 0,24 до 0,25;where: m has a value in the range from 0.23 to 0.28, preferably from 0.24 to 0.25;
Dбутылки - диаметр бутылки;D bottles - bottle diameter;
Z- от 0 до 0,05;Z is from 0 to 0.05;
значение угла α определяют из условия:the value of the angle α is determined from the condition:
где: α1 находится в диапазоне от 45° до 60°, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 50° до 55°;where: α 1 is in the range from 45 ° to 60 °, preferably in the range from 50 ° to 55 °;
α2 находится в диапазоне в диапазоне от 60° до 75°, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 65° до 71°;α 2 is in the range of 60 ° to 75 °, preferably in the range of 65 ° to 71 °;
S - кривая, соединяющей две соседние треугольные секции;S - curve connecting two adjacent triangular sections;
выполнение бутылки объемом не менее 2,5 л.making a bottle of at least 2.5 liters.
The utility model is illustrated in FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C, showing the geometry of the day of the claimed bottle, and FIG. 2, showing a comparison of the bottom profile of the known and claimed bottles.
The possibility of achieving the set result in the claimed bottle is due to the fact that the bottom shape described above involves changing the radius of the fold of the petaloid from the outer side to the gate so that the maximum radius of the edge of the lobe R 1 used to draw the bottom leg on the outside of the bottom (view 1 of Fig. 1A and 1B), greater than the minimum radius of the edge of the petal to the sprue R 2 (the radius of the sprue - view 2 figa and 1C); in addition, the angle of the triangular section α also varies from the external angle α 1 of the first triangular section of the bottom to the angle α 2 of the second triangular section to the gate over the segment S. These changes compared to the current shape of the bottom of the bottles, where both of these radii are the same, allows to obtain a bottom configuration that promotes a uniform distribution of material, which is confirmed by the results of the tests.
The following is an experimental justification for the possibility of achieving the set result, using the following concepts to describe the bottom of the claimed bottle:
Dсоприкосновения - диаметр соприкосновения или опорный диаметр дна бутылки;D contact - diameter of contact or reference diameter of the bottom of the bottle;
Hдна - высота дна;H bottom - bottom height;
R and α are, respectively, the radius and angle of the triangular section forming the petal of the sprue bottom.
To display the dependence of the contact diameter on the diameter of the bottle, we use the following equation:
где b лежит в интервале от 0 до 0,05 мм, а предпочтительно равно 0,0335 мм.where b lies in the range from 0 to 0.05 mm, and preferably is equal to 0.0335 mm
The height of the bottom can be determined by equation [2], displaying its dependence on the diameter of the contact:
где с лежит в интервале от 0 до 0,1, а предпочтительно равно 0,0507 мм.where c is in the range from 0 to 0.1, and preferably equal to 0.0507 mm.
These equations allow you to calculate the relative diameter of contact and the height of the bottom for any bottle format in accordance with the stated solution. Given these equations, it was experimentally established, in particular, that the sprue height at the bottom of the bottle in accordance with the claimed solution is approximately 1.2 mm higher than the sprue height at the standard bottom of existing bottle formats.
Для построения конфигурации дна заявленной бутылки используем экспериментально выведенное уравнение [3], связывающее диаметр бутылки Dбутылки и максимальный радиус ребра лепестка литника R1 (радиус закругленной вершины треугольной секции - фиг.1В) при неизменном радиусе у литника R2 (фиг.1С):To build the bottom configuration of the claimed bottle, we use the experimentally derived equation [3], relating the diameter of the bottle D of the bottle and the maximum radius of the edge of the sprue petal R 1 (radius of the rounded apex of the triangular section - FIG. 1B) with a constant radius of the sprue R 2 (FIG. 1C) :
0,05.where the coefficient "m" has a value in the range from 0.23 to 0.28, preferably 0.24-0.25, the value of Z is in the range from 0 to 0.05.
Taking into account [3], it is possible to determine the value of R 1 with an angle α 1 in the direction along the segment S (figa, 1B, 1C), remaining unchanged on the sprue in the range from 4.5 to 5 mm, where α 2 the sprue is greater than α 1 , which determines the fundamental possibility of obtaining the configuration of the day in accordance with the claimed bottle.
Taking into account that S determines the total length of the segment, i.e. curve connecting two adjacent triangular sections, at any point X of this segment, the value of the angle α of the triangular section can be defined as:
71°.where α 1 is in the range from 45 ° to 60 °, it is better in the range from 50 ° to 55 °, with α 2 in the range from 60 ° to 75 °, it is better from 65 ° to 71 °.
Based on the foregoing, bottles were made having a constant bottom weight and wall thickness at the base of the petals, which was confirmed by tests. In particular, the bottom of the bottles in accordance with the stated decision had a height of 35.7 mm, a contact diameter of 75.0 mm, a sprue height of 8.7 mm, a constant radius R of the fold of a petal of a triangular section of 15 mm was reduced to 5 mm near the sprue and had an angle α of the triangular section used to draw the petal, variable from α 1 equal to 55 ° to α 2 equal to 71 ° near the sprue.
