1. Информационная карточка для документа, содержащая сформированное на ее лицевой стороне фотографическое изображение гражданина, машиносчитываемый носитель информации и слой адгезива для соединения с документом, отличающаяся тем, что машиносчитываемый носитель информации выполнен бесконтактным и размещен между двумя неразрывно соединенными пластиковыми слоями, образующими указанную карточку, в пределах контура фотографического изображения, при этом слой адгезива нанесен на оборотной стороне карточки и снабжен защитным съемным элементом, предназначенным для его удаления перед закреплением карточки на документ.2. Карточка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что бесконтактный носитель информации представляет собой элемент энергонезависимой электронной памяти, к которому присоединена приемопередающая антенна.3. Карточка по п.1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что слои пластика соединены между собой спеканием, и/или склеиванием, и/или ультразвуковой сваркой.1.
