Dobijanje metil estara masnih kiselina biljnih ulja kontinualnim postupkom heterogeno katalizovane metanolize biljnih ulja na atmosferskom pritisku i temperaturi od 20 do 65 °C, pri molskom odnosu metanol:ulje od 6:1 do 20:1 i vremenu zadržavanja reakcione smeše u reaktoru od 60 do 120 min., naznačen time, da se smeša metil estara masnih kiselina dobija metanolizom biljnih ulja u prisustvu negašenog kreča kao katalizatora kontinualnim postupkom u reaktoru sa nepokretnim slojem katalizatora bez recirkulacije reakcione smeše.Prijava sadrži još 1 patentni zahtev.Obtaining methyl esters of fatty acids of vegetable oils by a continuous process of heterogeneously catalyzed methanolysis of vegetable oils at atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 20 to 65 °C, with a methanol:oil molar ratio of 6:1 to 20:1 and a retention time of the reaction mixture in the reactor of 60 to 120 min., indicating that the mixture of methyl esters of fatty acids is obtained by methanolysis of vegetable oils in the presence of quicklime as a catalyst in a continuous process in a reactor with a fixed catalyst bed without recirculation of the reaction mixture.
