Abstract

Postupak za rekuperaciju nikla i eventualno kobalta izluživanjem iz lateritne oksidne rude kojasadrži nikl naznačen time, što ovaj postupak sadrži sledeće uzastopne korake: lateritna oksidna ruda koja sadrži nikl se drobi i melje na čestice koje imaju veličinu podesnu za izluživanje, pri čemu se ova ruda fino melje u frikcionom mlinu na čestice veličine < 10 μm sa ciljem da se preoblikuje struktura mineralnih čestica koje su sadržane u rudi, samlevena lateritna ruda se izlužuje pomoću tečnosti za izluživanje, koja predstavlja sumpornu kiselinu, hlorovodoničnu kiselinu ili sumpornu kiselinu + SO2, i c) nikl i eventualno kobalt se rekuperišu iz rastvora za izluživanje. Prijava sadrži još 12 zavisnih patentnih zahteva.
