Abstract
A relay having high reliability and high vibration resistance. The relay comprises a silver graphite contact safety unit and a heavy elastic safety unit. The silver graphite contact safety unit comprises a fixing unit (2), a stationary contact assembly (3), and a movable contact assembly (4). The stationary contact assembly (3) is mounted in the fixing unit (2), and the movable contact assembly (4) is mounted at the upper portion of an operation mechanism and provided in the fixing unit (2); the movable contact assembly (4) and the stationary contact assembly (3) are provided oppositely to each other at a specified distance in a normally open state. The heavy elastic safety unit comprises a coil assembly (10), a yoke iron assembly (13), an iron core assembly (14), and a return spring (15). The coil assembly (10) is mounted in the yoke iron assembly (13); the iron core assembly (14) passes through the central axis of the coil assembly (10), the upper end of the iron core assembly (14) extends from an auxiliary yoke iron part (132) of the yoke iron assembly (13), and the lower end of the iron core assembly (14) extends from a bottom through hole of yoke iron (131) of the yoke iron assembly (13); the return spring (15) is mounted between the lower extension portion of the iron core assembly (14) and the bottom end of the yoke iron (131), and the return spring (15) is always in a compression state. The problems that the existing relays have contact materials having poor resistance to melting welding and poor vibration resistance and an obvious contact rebound phenomenon are solved.
