Abstract

Shining zebra crossing charged by the energy obtained by the solar panels belongs to the field of the electrical engineering applied in the traffic, and in particular it refers to the device making the zebra crossing significantly safer for the pedestrians, in particular near the children in the vicinity of schools and kindergartens.According to the subject matter of the technical solution, the zebra crossing consists of the: at least one solar panel (1), console (2), stand (3), housing (4) with the accumulator battery (16) and the driving box (5) containing fixed timer (21), electronic unit (22) for the regulation of the intervals for the crossing of pedestrians, microcontroller (15), regulator (14) of charge, electronic voltage current regulator LED driver (17)with the switch (20) and cables (6) for charging, step on plate (7) with sensors (8) connected with LED bands (9) inserted into the prism channels (11) with the metal boxes (24) performed on the white segments of the zebra crossing protected by the transparent protective covers (12) which let shine the light from the LED diodes (10), when there is one pedestrian or a group of pedestrians at the crossing.
