Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the metal flexible spacer among the parquet lath skirting, the floor, and the wall. The invention i.e. the spacer is unique because in the center it has a wide protrusion (6) that comprises both ends of the lath skirting groove (the front and the rear); and there are also lateral protrusions (5) on the left and the right side of the groove that allow the additional fastening of the lath skirting to floors and walls thus obtaining the maximum clamping surface of the lath skirting. The flexibility of the spacer (1), which consists of the vertical part (2) and the horizontal base (3) with the three elastic protrusions (5, 6) for holding the lath skirting and which is fixed to a wall by means of the screw anchor (7) and the bolt (8) that passes through the opening (4) on the spacer (1), facilitates the placing of the lath skirting along the floor and the wall surfaces that are not flat or where the angle between the floor and the wall is greater than 90 degrees. It also allows the lath skirting to be removed from the spacer (1) and reused, without the damage of the lath skirting which provides its multiple use.
