Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the underground container with a waste bag which includes the plastic tank (1) for waste collection with two-thirds of its depth placed into the hole (7) in the ground. On the top of the hole (7) around the plastic tank (1) there is set the concrete ring (2). On the concrete ring (2) there is mounted the octagonal casing (30). On the top of the octagonal casing (30) there is mounted the container lid (40) and on the top of the container lid there is set the lid (50) for garbage entry. The lid (50) for garbage entry is through the shock absorber (50.1) attached to the inner side of the container lid (40) and with swivel mounted pin (40.2) to the container lid (40). Also on the container lid (40) there are fixed the lugs (10) for lifting the container lid (40) on whose supporting plate (11) with hooks (9) there is hung the waste bag (6) so that the waste bag (6) enters the plastic tank (1) reaching its bottom. The waste bag (6) on the lower rim has fixed the metal guides (6.4, 6.6) for threading ropes (6.10, 6.11) that are tightened and close the bottom of the waste bag (6). The bag emptying (6) is performed by the waste collection vehicle with a hook which is attached to the lugs (10) and raises the container lid (40) with the waste bag (6) untying the ropes (6.10, 6.11) from the fastening clip (6.9) and drops the waste into the waste collection vehicle. When the bag (6) is emptied, the ropes (6.10, 6.11) are tightened and hung on the fastening clip (6.9) and the bag (6) is placed back into the plastic tank (1) and the container lid (40) lies on the support (30.2) in which is set the sealing rubber (30.3) of the lid on the octagonal casing (30). The sealing rubber (30.3) is also placed between the lower casing support (30.4) and the concrete casing ring (2) so that the container is completely sealed. On the inside of the container lid (40) there is attached the self-activating fire extinguishing ampoule (12).
