Da bi ce potvrdila funkcionalnost i čokolada bila probiotska, neophodna je kontrola (provera) prisutnog broja probiotika tokom čuvanja čokolada, čime ce determiniše njen rok trajanja kao funkcionalnog probiotskog proizvoda, kojim ce ostvarujepozitivan efekat na zdravlje potrošača.
