Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the production procedure for air drying mass for shaping and sculpturing based on organic and/or inorganic binders that are conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the binding component is homogenized with the rheology modifier, wetting agent, biocide, dye and fragrance up to the appropriate consistency and the homogenization process takes from 60 to 180 min, at temperatures ranging from 10 to 150º C in the presence of chemical cross-linking reagents. In the second phase, the binding component obtained in first phase is homogenized with talc, calcium carbonate 100 μm and calcium carbonate 20 μm with weight ratio 10-40:10-35:5-25, and glycerine and the homogenization process takes from 30 to 240 min at temperatures ranging from 10 to 100º C.
