Abstract

Machine for production of PET bottles from preforms according to the patent is used for manufacturing bottles on two tools by stretching and blowing warmed preforms obtained according to the previous procedure, as to the injecting method of PET granulates on the machines for plastic moulding. Preforms inside a container (01) are conveyed by endless belts (03) over the lateral sides (56) and guides (57) to the gears (64) where these get translatory (in the direction of tool) and rotary motion whereby warming by infrared heaters (25) is done. Warmed preforms are transferred in the given and then stretched to the length of the bottle and blown into the bottles depending on the shape of the tool.
