Abstract
Invention belongs to the field of civil engineering in general, and more precisely to modular buildings. According to the International Patent Classification (IPC) its classification symbol is E 04 H 11/00. Invention solves the problem a) of light transportation (both as to its weight and dimensions) with all available transportation means (road, railway, ship, helicopter, airplane) of more than fifty square meters of usable area; b) quick arrangement on its spot, its mounting and connecting to infrastructure (all in only one day); c) overcoming a scarce assortment of all known multipurpose container units for residence and restricted possibilities so as to make such a narrow (hallway, waggon) space functional to the intended needs, improve its value and organize longterm use. Subject of the invention is in transformation (shape and spatial one) of the container unit of standard international dimensions for the house and longterm residence inside which there can be carried out both residential and non-residential functions. For the purpose of that transformation. With that transformation, based on a projected outline of assembling, change of shape from narrow (transportation) into developed, of a rich range (ensured for multipurpose use of a unit and numerous variants of spatial organization inside one chosen function) as followed by increasing transportation bruto area from 28,80 m2 to 51,84 m2 in a developed (final) building, being so far unsurpassed large useful are transfered in only one conveyance by means of standard transportation means.
