Abstract

Inventia se refera la un manipulator care realizeaza deplasarea si rotirea semifabricatelor si este folosit, în special, pentru deservirea laminoarelor de tip discontinuu cu mai multe posturi de lucru. Manipulatorul, conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un batiu pe care sunt montate doua sanii, una longitudinala si una transversala, sania transversala purtând un dispozitiv de prindere, transport si rotire a semifabricatului. Sania longitudinala este prevazuta cu patru bride ce fixeaza doua co loane, pe care culiseaza o placa suport, pe aceasta fiind prins dispozitivul de prindere, transport si rotire a semifabricatului. Pe coloane sunt montate si doua arcuri elicoidale de compensare a diferentei dintre viteza de îmingere a semifabricatului de catre laminor si viteza de retrahere a saniei longitudinale de catre cilindrul pneumatic al acestuia.
