Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la o compozitie peliculara pentru protectia anticorosiva a unor suprafete din otel, beton, lemn, expuse în climat industrial (fabricarea îngrasamintelor azotoase, a produselor clorosodice, formarea acumulatoarelor) sau supuse actiunii mediului extern (lumina solara, radiatii UV, ozon, intemperii) si are la baza polietilena sulfoclorurata modificata. Fata de alte sisteme de protectie peliculara pe baza de polietilena sulfoclorurata, cunoscute, ea prezinta avantajul un ei aderente superioare la suport, aderenta ce nu scade în timpul exploatarii. Inventia prezinta si procedeul de obtinere a compozitiei.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a film coating composition for the protection of anticorrosive surfaces of steel, concrete, wood surfaces exposed to the industrial environment (nitrogenous fertilizers, chlorosodium products, battery formation) or subjected to the external environment (sunlight, UV radiation, ozone , weathering) and is based on modified sulfochlorinated polyethylene. As opposed to other known polychlorinated polyethene sulfochloride protection systems, it has the advantage of a superior adhesion to the support, which does not decrease during operation. The invention also provides the process for obtaining the composition.
