Inventia face parre din domeniul actionarilor electrohidraulcie oferind o noua solutie de actionare si comanda a modulelor de rotatie din structura robotilor industriali, care permite obtinerea unor viteze marite de deplasare a motoarelor hidrauliceactionate prin utilizarea unor elemente tipizabile, o dinamica de rotatie reglabila pentru elementul actionat, o pozitionare precisa la un pret scazut si cu o fiabilitate ridicata, permitând programarea initiala a vitezei unghiulare, respectiv a pozitiei unghiulare înlaturând limitarile impuse de frecventele maxime de functioare ale motoarelor pas-cu-pas, precum si costurile ridicate pretinse de realizarea altor corelate cu comenzi electronice complexe. Solutia prevede posibilitati de aplicare si în afara domeniului roboticii la masini-unelte cu comanda numerica, în constructii, transporturi aeriene, navale etc.The invention makes it possible to provide a new solution for controlling and controlling the rotation modules in the structure of the industrial robots, which allows to obtain increased speeds of displacement of the hydraulic motors, by using standardizable elements, a rotating dynamics adjustable for the actuated element, a precise positioning at a low price and high reliability, allowing for initial programming of the angular velocity and angular position by removing the limitations imposed by the maximum operating frequencies of the step-by-step motors, as well as the high costs claimed by other correlated complex electronic commands. The solution provides possibilities to apply also outside of the field of robotics to machine tools with numerical control, in constructions, air transport, naval, etc.
