Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca 1vol urina, recoltata de la pacientii cu sindrom nefrotic, se amesteca cu ser monospecific antihemopexina, astfel încât anticorpii specifici sa se cupleze în totalitate cu antigelul hemopexina, se lasa 1h la 37 degree C, dupa care se centrifugheaza si precipitatul obtinut este spalat cu solutie 0,05 degree dodecilsulfat de Na(SDS) la 30 degree C si apoi dizolvat, la aceeasi temperatura, în tampon veronal 0,05M la pH=8,3 ce contine 0,5% SDS, în continuare se cromatografiaza pe o coloana de Sephacryl S-200 superfine, recoltând o a doua parte a eluatului care contine antrigenul ce se supune unei operatii pentru îndepartarea SDS si apoi este folosit la imunizarea animalelor mari dupa metode cunoscute, în vederea obtinerii antiserului.
