Abstract
Inventia se refera la niste produse ceramice autoportante cu comportamentul metalic modificat si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestora. Produsele ceramice autoportante cu componentul metalic modificat, conform inventiei, cuprind o matrice policristalina în care componentul metalic neoxidat care poate fi în mod cunoscut Si, Ti, Zr, Sn, Hf si de preferinta Al este modificat partial în proportie de pâna la 95% prin înlocuire sau eventual aliere cu un metal extern ales între Ag, Fe, Ti, Cu, U, Cr, Al, Co, V, Mo, Ge, Y, Zr, Nb, Sn, Si, Hf, Mn, Mg, Pb, Pt, Au, Pd, Zn si de preferinta cu Ni sau respectiv aliajele si/sau compusii intermetalici ale acestora. Procedeul, conform inventiei, prevede aducerea în contact cel putin a unei suprafete a produsului ceramic autoportant supus modificarii cu metalul extern prestabilit la o temperatura, de preferinta superioara punctului de topire al metalului existent in situ în matricea policristalina sau/si a metalului extern pentru realizarea interdifuziei între cele doua metale în faza solid-lichid la suprafata produsului ceramic, în faza solid-lichid pâna la adâncimea prestabilita si, de preferinta, în faza lichid-lichid în toata masa matricei policristaline si care în varianta preferata a înlocuirii aluminiului metalic interconectat în matricea policristalina de alfa-alumina prin interdifuzie cu nichel, este de circa 1500 degree C, durata de mentinere a ansamblului produs ceramic-metal extern la aceasta temperatura fiind variabila si conditionata de gradul de înlocuire între cele doua metale, urmarit.
