La filtrul, conform inventiei, în niste montale exterioare sunt plasate coaxial niste montale interioare prevazute fiecare cu o portiune superioara cilindrica si o portiune inferioara de forma tronconica cu baza mica dispusa spre în jos, între un capat superior al fiecarei montale interioare plasat sub capatul superior al mantalei exterioare si un tub de aspiratie fiind plasata o piesa inferioara de turbionare în acelasi sens a aerului care a trecut printr-o sita si, în continuare, pintr-o piesa superioara de tubionare, mantaua interioara având prevazute - în apropierea capatului inferior - niste fante de comunicatie între un spatiu inelar - delimitat de mantalele exterioara si respectiv interioara - cu o gaura de evacuare a prafului practicata într-o placa inferioara; de o placa superioara fiind fixata, cu posibilitatea de demontare, o carcasa superioara având un perete superior de forma tronconica cu baza mica dispusa spre în sus în care este practicat un orificiu axial, în aceasta carcasa fiind montat un gratar si niste piese cilindrice ondulate confectionate din plasa metalica care se sprijina pe gratar si respectiv placa superioara delimitând între ele pliurile cilindrice ale unui mediu filtrant; placile inferioare si respectiv superioara fiind rigidizate cu ajutorul unor distantiere.The invention relates to an air filter mounted in connection with an internal combustion engine having the role of providing clean air necessary for burning maintenance.
