Abstract
Inventia se refera la noi preparate apoase, concentrate fluide si stabile de coloranti de dispersie si de cada. Aceste preparate au urmatoarea compozitie: 25...55%, de preferinta 30...50% dintr-un colorant de dispersie sau 15...30% de preferinta 8...25% din agentul de dispersie anionic preparat conform brevetului RSR nr.93893, 1...70% în greutate, de preferinta 2...5% dintr-un agent antigen, 0,1...0,4% în greutate, de preferinta 0,15...0,3% dintr-un agent antimucegai si apa. Obtinerea preparatelor se realizeaza prin ampastarea turtei de colorant de dispersie sau de cada, împreuna cu agentul de dispersie anionic amintit anterior, cu agentul antigen, cu agentul antimucegai si cu apa si macinarea suspensiei apoase în moara cu perle, pâna cândcirca 90% din particulele de colorant ajung la o dimensiune cuprinsa între 1..4 miu. Preparatele obtinute astfel se folosesc la vopsirea sau imprimarea directa a materialelor textile.The invention relates to new aqueous preparations, fluid and stable concentrates of dispersion and bath dyes. These preparations have the following composition: 25 ... 55%, preferably 30 ... 50%, of a dispersant dye or 15 ... 30%, preferably 8 ... 25%, of the anionic dispersion prepared according to the patent RSR No. 93893, 1 ... 70% by weight, preferably 2 ... 5%, of an antigenic agent, 0.1 ... 0.4% by weight, preferably 0.15 ... 0 , 3% of an antimycotic agent and water. Preparation of the preparations is accomplished by storing the dispersion or bathtub dye cake together with the aforementioned anionic dispersing agent with the anti-agent agent and the water and crushing the aqueous suspension in the bead mill until up to 90% of the particles of colorant reach a size between 1..4 mi. The preparations thus obtained are used for the dyeing or direct printing of textile materials.
