Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a unei solutii concentrate de colorant negru complex Cr 2:1 se refera la prepararea colorantilor azoici 4-nitro-2-aminofenol-betanaftol (col.I) si 5-nitro-2-amino-fenol (col.II) într-un amestec de apa-solventi organici miscibili cu apa, în prezenta unei cantitati foarte mici de Efacril 23 (eter sulfat de nonifenol etoxilat) corespunzând formulei: R-C6H4-O-(CH2CH2O)nSO3Na în care R=C19H19; n=23, în mediu alcalin, si complexarea, în continuare, a suspensiei de coloranti obtinuta cu o sare de Cr3+, raportul reactantilor fiind 1,1 moli (col.I): 0,9 moli (col.II):1 mol sare de Cr2+. Solutia de colorant obtinuta din sinteza cu un continut de circa 8...10% colorant se filtreaza pentru clarificarea si separarea sarurilor rezultate din reactie si se foloseste la vopsirea pielii.The process for obtaining a concentrated solution of Cr 2: 1 complex black dye refers to the preparation of 4-nitro-2-aminophenol-betanaphthol azo dyes (col.I) and 5-nitro-2-aminophenol in a mixture of water-miscible organic solvents, in the presence of a very small amount of Efacril 23 (ethoxylated non-phenol ether sulfate) corresponding to the formula: R-C6H4-O- (CH2CH2O) nSO3Na wherein R = C19H19; n = 23 in the alkaline medium and further complexing the dye suspension obtained with a Cr3 + salt, the ratio of reactants being 1.1 mol (col.I): 0.9 mol (col.II): 1 mol Cr2 + salt. The dye solution obtained from the synthesis with a content of about 8 ... 10% of the dye is filtered to clarify and separate the salts from the reaction and is used for dyeing the skin.
