Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor produse ceramice termostabile, poroase, prin care în calitate de materie prima aducatoare de oxid de magneziu se folosesc rebuturile de produse steatitice care sunt concasate si apoi maruntite pâna la o dimensiune a granulelor de 2 mm.
